Excellent Customer service! I had a 3 hour layover and I'm so glad I chose to sit at Washington Pour Bar, I didn't feel the time fly by. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Wintana and Abby. They were every attentive and kept on checking in throughout my time there. I was pleasantly surprised at how appetizing their food was. Very inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Missed my flight and was super upset, but Nazrawit at Washington Pour Bar totally made my day. Seriously, she was the first to actually ask if I was ok and that meant a lot. Drinks came fast, food looked awesome. Best service I’ve ever had at an airport bar, hands down. Shoutout to Nazrawit and her team! If all airport bars were like this, travel delays wouldn’t even bother me.
