I loved everything about this place. The food was amazing, the drinks were even better. Had the pleasure of having Andy as bartender and he is excellent. Will definitely be coming back.

Excellent menu and flavors are amazing. Could improve the way the menu is organized as there were too many options in pictures. Highly recommended! And the cocktails were amazing outstanding. Not sugary but perfectly sweet.

Ok. I can be pretty harsh, overly critical, and selfishly opinionated about sushi offerings. But I can only convey that is tastes good and where good sushi can be found. Moreover, what gets lost in tranlation is my eagerness to convince just one or two readers which sushi place is good at the places where I can afford it.I don't think it makes sense to just order the most expensive sushi item on the menu at the most popular sushi places in city areas. We can't all fly in and out of Vegas just for lunch. Yume Sushi seems to bridge that divide. Oh man, just want I thought you cannot find any better quality+value sushi than the 1-2 places around the Tyson's area, Yume was a nice find. The chirashi is out of this world but note somewhat price at ~$50. But the fresh raw fish in chirashi is different than all other sushi places I've had. The award winning rolls I can pass. The chirashi is just the best item on the menu. Most of the other menu items evoke poor attempts at fusion inventions while trying not to alienate true foodies who appreciate proper traditional high quality sushi preparation. The A5 wagyu donburi was way too much rice and way too sweet. So if you decide to go, the chirashi is definitely worth the trip and at least for that special occasion.Parking: The sign to free parking in in the garage behind the restuarant is small and easy to miss.

Excellent sushi and service. The happy hour specials are fantastic but I highly recommend making a reservation as this place does fill up rather quickly. We've been twice and have always left happy!

My friend and I were looking for a Japanese spot in the area and found this one and I am so glad we did! The food was delicious, the vibe was nice (good music), the service was fast and the waiter was friendly and accommodating to my friends' dietary restrictions and my food allergies. We paid a little over $100 total for both of our orders (3 starters, 2 custom rolls, 1 specialty roll + nigiri and 1 cocktail). We loved it and would definitely go back.

Visited Yume with a friend for a nice dinner as it was highly recommended. I've heard Yume being one of the best sushi spots in NOVA, so I had to check this out for sure. The Food: With it being my first time here, I had to order a lot to not only get my sushi cravings satisfied, but also try all my usual favorite rolls. I forgot some of the rolls I ordered, but off the top of my head, I ordered: Yume Roll, Tuna Handrolls, Salmon Lover and Sashimi Dinner. My favorite here was the Sashimi Dinner without a doubt. All of the rolls were incredibly delicious. All the fish I had were so fresh and almost melt in your mouth. The quality of the seafood was top tier. Prices are expensive here though, but I think well worth it.The Service: Service was incredible. Staff were so friendly and attentive. It made for the whole experience better. Food was prepared and brought out in a timely manner as well. The Atmosphere: Nice and modern restaurant. Decently sized with spacious seating around you. The overall theme and decor is nicely setup and feels like you're in a premium restaurant. On a side note about parking, it can be limited, so keep that in mind.Overall, a 5/5. Without a doubt, one of the best sushi spots in the area. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you get the chance. Everything on the menu is quality and delicious!

Hadn't been back for a while and glad I decided it was time. The space is small so I highly suggest making reservations. The staff is friendly and the waiter very knowledgeable about the menu. Each course was explained and tasted amazing. Very satisfied with the experience!

Yume is my favorite sushi spot in Northern Virginia hands down. The ambiance is always chic and the food is spectacular. Food is a bit pricey, but it's worthwhile nonetheless.

I've been searching for a phenomenal Japanese restaurant for 6 years in the DC-VA area and haven't found it until now. Yume is beyond amazing. Literally, everything on the menu from the uni shooters to the scallops to the sushi rolls is delicious and fresh. The service was incredible! Would highly recommend it, and we'll absolutely be going back.
