This place is great, from the food all the way to the whole building its amazing. I am taking a field trip and the food we are getting served is boneless wings and pizza, the wings are incredible they are nice and juicy and i give it an 9/10 and the pizza isn’t as great as it is from another restaurant and they just decided to buy it for us since im on a field trip but it’s still delicious 6/10 overall i love the place and i give it an 8.5/10 you gotta eat here!Kid-friendliness: Im on a field trip and they are absolutely nice and there is a bar but it is very kid friendly and great i love it

Went to this location on 2/22/2024. Service was fine. I ordered ten tradtional wings with Peruvian sauce, with an extra cup of sauce on the side to dip in. I believe and am under the impression that the sauce was spoiled. It tasted fizzy, and weird from the get go. Less than an hour after I got home, I was vomiting. While I am not 100% sure the sauce itself made me ill, I did not eat anything between the time I ate the wings and got sick. This is a very unfortunate experience as my family and I have been coming to this specific location since it opened in the early 2000s, and now we will not be returning ever again.
Not worth the money. I ordered wings and fries for takeout. They didn’t provide any of the dipping sauces requested. Everyone agreed the quality of the wings were average at best and all the fries were so overcooked, they were greasy, crunchy and hollow (aka gross).

I ordered extra saucy 10 piece traditional wings and curly fries. The price was $24.74. The wings were overpriced and overcooked. By the way, when you charge your customers for extra saucy wings, you need put extra sauce on them. Barely any sauce and dry like the Mojave Desert. Blue cheese might have helped, but you forgot to put that in the bag too. Do us all a favor and read the order on the ticket that was attached to the to-go box. It’s not rocket science. All it takes is a little effort. Buffalo Wing Factory do better!

An extremely poor experience late last week after spending a good amount of money for a take out.No celery stick, no carrots, three wrong orders and no condiments!This was after spending $90!Management has not responded, so that goes to show the non existent customer care.

Wings are great can't deny that, but the service at the bar area is a mess. Invest in a good bartender, seems like everytime we go there it's always a fill in who doesn't know what they're doing. The new renovation is subpar, doesn't match the place, even the staff was agreeing with us. Regarding service, we had some feedback for the bartender and he basically told us that he didn't want to deal with us and walked away, wow who is training the staff. This place is becoming subpar. Just wanted to give an update, management did reach out promptly and assured me things are improving. She definitely seemed sincere, we did order wings for delivery and they hit the spot as always.
