I went here last Sat with my brother, his girlfriend and my niece. It was good but not necessarily great. I got hotdogs as I had already had a cheeseburger early in the week. The buns were soft and great. The hotdogs were just ok, and I asked for a little mustard. As you can see, that is not a little. The young men working were doing a great job multitasking and switching between roles.

Screw in burger. The manager laughed like it was funny. Did not have sincere apology and did not explain how the screw got in my food! Original post was taken down not by me. I want them to be held accountable for them putting a screw in my burger. I could of swallowed it!
Ordered a buffalo chicken salad and 2 burgers for lunch. Restaurant was not full and service was attentive. Salad was a disaster. Chicken was hard, bone dry and over dressed with buffalo sauce. There was so much buffalo sauce it over powered the ranch, making the salad an acidic mess. Burgers were overcooked. We asked for medium and got well done. Only hero was the onion strings side. Was looking forward, but left bloated and sad. A wasted meal.

Wish I could give minus stars. One of the most tasteless burger patty! No sauce in the burger ordered their special (which was not special at all) and a spicy one. The burgers were tasteless. I had to put more home sauces to make it edible. I don’t know how it’s surviving.

Ordered a cheesy burger with fries and a Lemonade. My fries were old and cold. I went back and requested fresh fries. What I got was my old fries dropped back into the cooking oil and back to me. I tossed the fries away. I felt uncomfortable eating them. Everyone don't tamper with your food, but this time it felt different. I now remember why I don't like to eat out. Burger ok lemonade very good. Fries never again $21.00 for that and a tip. What a letdown.

My fiancé and I get the big cheesy and the bean burger with shareable fries... and let's just say it never fails to deliver the deliciousness... not to sound cheesy, but it is by far the best burger with cheese around here... don't forget the milkshakes... ask for peanut butter... you won't regret it.
I come occassionally and the day staff seems to know there stuff. This is the first time I came here at nighttime and the experience is night and day, literraly. First the kid taking my order was talking over me asking me a question. instead of listening to my NO TOMATOES on the burger. Additionally, I asked for the burger to be cooked med well, as I cannot eat rare anything bc of cholesterol issues. The receipt and order for this temp was correct, but apparently the Cook cannot read. The burger came out med rare! BTW I tipped 15% as I came later than normal and I do not have much money myself right now. I usually tip 20-25% at most places bc I worked the food industry for over 6 years. I would normaly give this place a 4- or 5-star review, but tonights experience is not the norm.Check your temps for cooking and listening goes a long way.
