The night manager who made my food was really friendly and my food was made fresh to order. The chicken wraps with with no tomato add onions. He listened and made evrey thing perfect and hot. Who ever worked closing January 21st 2024 with..young man with glasses give him a raise! Damn this is good. Only gonna get better after I smoke a blunt. Thanks bro!

Management needs to train the drive thru employees on the amount of sauces that come with the food before trying to charging the customers. After ordering 6 piece kids meal, 12 piece chicken fries, and 8 piece chicken fries meal they insisted that I would only get 2 sauces and be charged for any additional. It’s not about the money, but just the fact that it comes with it and they rudely wouldn’t give anymore without charging. But if you order through the app it clearly shows I would have gotten 4 total with no charge. Just another reason why we go here maybe once a year for my child. It's always a bad experience.

Had a bad experience with a food item with my order. Called the restaurant the same day and could not get through to a person. Visited the restaurant two days later to report the problem and the “Head Manager” Rudy was there to listen to my concern. He showed absolutely no empathy and even laughed when I brought up my concern about the stale food item I had receive. Over all the atmosphere is nice as they put in a lot of work into the restaurant. Service was terrible as the manager did not care and or was even interested in solving my concern. Asked for the franchisee information to escalate my concern and he chose to give me some careers@bk email instead of the direct contact information. Over all pretty terrible experience. I wished they would take more pride in their work and tried to solve the issues that the people have instead of laughing at their face.

Because of the consistent negative reviews, some with photo evidence, I am going to pick another option today.My soul purpose in writing this is to simply show, what customers have to say matters. I hope you turn things around and accumulate some positive reviews. I'd love to visit in the future when there isn't an obvious risk of my food being old and undesirable.In all sincerely, Benjamin.

Haven’t been to BK for “Lunch” in years mostly because BK Corp changed the burger meat and decades ago they changed the onion rings. I’ve never eaten at this BK location mostly because they’re not our closest BK, the other one was closed according to the BK App.I only ordered the Whopper and the taste was soooo not right. Idk what’s going on in the back but there’s definitely something not healthy going on in the food prep.Definitely won’t be back to this location or BK for a while.
