From a chipotle that is genuinely very messy I wouldn't expect such bad service. They rushed us from the moment we entered. To the point where they didnt give me a chance to say all the toppings I wanted. The barbacoa was cold, there were dirty tables and floors, and the service was sub par. They weren't mean or annoyed they just rushed me and my family to essentially get our food. It's 1:20pm on a Sunday afternoon. It's not even crowded in here.

NEVER EVER again! One person there can ruin the whole service. Management, you need to train your staff to be more human, they can't treat people, specially hispanic staff to hispanic people like trash. Do better.

At this Belmont Chipotle in Ashburn, we had the worst and most unpleasant experience which included terrible customer service. The old lady, who I assume aspires to be a manager, wanted to charge us for something we didn't order when she was the one who didn't understand the order. The typical experience of a Hispanic serving another Hispanic in one way, and the happy old lady serving other clients, non-Hispanics... even, as if implying that we wanted to avoid paying for the food. We returned the food and asked for a refund, and the manager didn't even ask the reason... we assumed it was because this is not the first time this lady has caused similar problems of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Consistently delicious and the staff is always so inviting and helpful. It’s a smaller location (in terms of seating) and usually really cold in there but we love doing carry out after ordering from the app!Vegetarian options: Beans, rice, veggies, guacParking: It’s in a shopping center with many other popular restaurants. Park further away for easier parking access.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that kids can choose their protein and 2 sides to make tacos OR a quesadilla. Comes with a side and drink.

Restaurant failed to provide chips that we ordered for delivery. When we called, we were sent to an automated system and couldn’t get anyone to answer. We used the online chat and it was no help in getting our chips or a refund. All we wanted was the chips were ordered.

As a former employee of chipotle I understand that they don’t give as much food to online orders as people that go in get. But the amount of food I just received is unbelievable. Over 50 dollars for a double chicken and steak bowl with a quesadilla and chips (did not even get chips because it was forgot) is ridiculous. Barely half a bowl. Very unsatisfied
