I never visited this store and have wondered why this store has 3 star reviews? Got my answer today. Icecream was not properly mixed and not even filled till 3/4. never going to visit this store again.

Worst ice cream place I have ever visited in my life. They gave me 30% less ice cream in the box for which I have paid full.I told them to put what toppings but still they did not put as I requested. I requested strawberry flavored signature which needed whip cream but that was also not there. He was not ready to open a new one.I waved to biggest size box and they said they cannot make it bcoz they don't have a lid!Seriously!No toppings and even the plain ice cream was not full box, it was filled only 70%.I have NEVER seen this

DON'T BRING BUSINESS HERE. Recently, a group and I stopped by in the evening and within 30 minutes before the store was to close. Upon opening the door, it was locked. In the store was two TERRIBLE employees and they clearly noticed I was wanting to go inside. Rather than allow me in, they simply smiled at me and signaled to me they were closed. I filed a complaint with the chain and then heard back from (maybe) a franchisee owner. The owner's reply was PATHETIC and NOT SINCERE. So, again, I highly advise folks not to bring business this this SORRY SPOT. Go elsewhere.

Same normal cold stone but there was just 1 worker making ice cream on a busy Friday night. She was also checking customers out. It took forever! Customers were coming in, waiting, then turning back around and leaving. Owners, please hire additional workers.

Service was terrible, I asked for a smoothie and they were preparing a wrong one, then when I told them that is not what I ordered they started taking the strawberries by hand from the mixer, and I told them to make a new one and they told me that they don't have more ice. Never ever I will go back to there.

Once again this ColdStone location ran out of Vanilla ice cream with almost two hours left until closing. I don’t know what their restock policy is, but one would assume the most popular flavor during the hottest season would be in full supply. They just don’t run businesses like they used to.
