Terrible Customer service, slow service, employees are rude and indifferent. This one store is the single worst experience I've ever had with JJ's. I've never experienced any other locations like this in any other city.It's surprising because this is such a great area with many service offerings very focused on the customer experience, this one lowers the bar for the JJs name as a whole.
Customer service was terrible. The cashier was clearly not happy to be at work today. Pretty sure they gave me a sandwich on yesterday’s bread. Not only was the bread stale but they appeared to cut two pieces of bread and use it as a top and bottom piece. Guess I should have ordered in store and watched the sandwich be made.

I have visited Jimmy Johns locations from Boston to Atlanta and all in between. 100% prefer JJs over Jersey Mikes, and I grew up in Jersey! This JJ on Ashburn Village Blvd is by FAR the worst when it comes to customer service. I have been working in the Ashburn area since Dec.2021 and have visited this location easily two dozen times, and each time, the customer service is horrid.
