I order coffee everyday and she makes me wait too long 15 minutes for one cup of coffee she always mess up my order this is the third time that I wait too long terrible costumer service. Her name is Norma . I'm very disappointed after 10 minutes she tells me there is no coffee please fix this issue

I love this McDonald’s!!! I have visited this location in Ashburn at the Ashburn Shopping Plaza four times in the past few months. The food is always extremely fresh.. On my most recent visit..I had the tastiest Big Mac I’ve ever had in all my days! Seriously, it was the best Big Mac ever. The play place is nice and clean. I met some really friendly kids. I tried to play with them on the equipment, but I was a little too plump. I need to lose some weight; maybe I’ll try the McDonald’s diet. Haha ? I did get to play ring around the rosy with the kids, which was fun, and the kids gave me lots of hugs. Yay ? I loved the employees! The lady taking orders said it brightened her day to see me playing with the kids. I was treated very respectfully and the guy walking around cleaning said he thinks I am one of the nicest people he’s ever met, which made my day. He is very nice, too! Thanks buddy! I appreciate you guys!! I will be writing corporate, letting know how awesome you are doing.

The staff members in the evening shift were quite unfriendly and unresponsive. When I asked for an extra spicy buffalo sauce, she showed me the attitude, gave me the impression that I should return all of my meal and find another restaurant. Very Sad ??

I ordered the two filet of fish for $6-. The man, who appeared to be a manager said “finite”. I pointed at the large screen TV behind him which showed the two filet of fish for $6-, no expiration date although it also advertised “make it a meal”. He seemed annoyed and said “no more”. I view it as fraudulent advertising and I previously had a similar interaction in this Store.

Honestly, this is by far one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The food was hot and fresh(most MCDs it’s hit or miss). The lady with the neon vest(sorry didn’t catch her name) deserves an absolute raise! Not only friendly but also the service is on point.

Increased prices, smaller sizes, lower quality, bad service.We live across the street and did not buy food from this location for more than six months. The Mc Chicken is smaller, the fries were less than usual and tasted bad, nuggets were not cooked well and the order was missing a Mc Chicken. Not going back!

McDonald's in general is just going downhill. Had to order through the app...prices are expensive. When food was handed over, they were missing my fries (all I ordered was two six ct nuggets, two large fries, two large cokes). We ate inside right away but the nuggets were cold before I got to the third one. The fries were not fresh and the interior of the restaurant was dirty. Half the tables were covered in wrappers and soda stains. Trash on the floor. Not what I was expecting on a 5pm weekday visit.Very disappointed.

Food is standard. Had the featured McRib sandwich and loved it. And kid was of course happy with the happy meal and the Disney 100-year figures. The play area is a blast. Every kid in there was happily crawling up and down and having fun. service was efficient and the restaurant is clean. Just need to be careful and put signs on the floor when it’s being mopped. I saw a kid almost fell coz the floor was slippery.Kid-friendliness: Kids play area in suite.

Actually one of the better drive thru locations they have around here. They make far fewer mistakes than others. It's a McDonald's, so what do you want really...quasi-quick service, decent accuracy, and the fries of course ;)
