The service was good but the pizza was soggy and disgusting.

Mahogany, the manager saved the day. She provided the best service possible to an "almost bad review day..." because of the other staff. God Bless her ? for being so great and wonderful! She's the absolute best ❤️.

Too lazy workers. Don’t want to refill and just say they are out of items. This was not even closing time. We went around 6 PM. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

I've only been here twice, but both times the food was fabulous and the service was very friendly and helpful. The best part is that for the same price as the burrito places nearby you get enough to have leftovers. Just take the few extra minutes to reheat in an oven or air fryer and it's nearly as good as fresh.

MOD owns my pizza business. Lower price point than most other restaurants, yet you can tailor your pizza with a wide array of toppings to match your mood (e.g., Greek, meat lovers, veggie,...) -- your imagination is the limiting factor. Not your wallet. Pick ingredients that work for you, and you'll enjoy a great pizza. ...and they have Salads, too, if your conscience so requires.... :-)Dietary restrictions: They offer both a Cauliflower crust, and a Gluten-free crust (both are GF). I prefer the Cauliflower crust, personally.

Overpriced and lacking in the quality of ingredients. Rotten salad ingredients in display. The interior a mess in general - especially with the food options. How long has the food been sitting there? Difficult to say. A good chance you'll get food poisoning here. While I used to enjoy MOD, the quality of food and overall service has taken a dive. There was a new employee and he was very good - needs better quality with the training though. Other employees didn't assist him or guide him either. The establishment is a mess - obvious in the physical state - beverage station receptacles filthy and empty. Quality lacking everywhere your look. Where is management in the equation? Who is training these individuals to function with such a lack luster state. The former business model used to at least appear to understand how to take care of customers, this is now missing entirely. This will be our last visit until I hear that major improvements have been made. For the general health of patrons - find a different local business to support.

Shout out to who I believe is the manager on duty on Sunday afternoon. There was a big order in front of me and it took a while to place my order. She took me aside and took my order so I didn't have to wait on the employee making the orders that were ahead of me. The employee must have finished and made my pizza but forgot a topping. The manager apologized and insisted on making me a new pizza to take to go. Great customer service. Thanks for a great experience today!

My wife and I had heard of Mods prior to visiting VA. Both of us love a good pizza. We were extremely happy with what we selected in our first visit to MODS. It was great. Take care.

I ordered online for pick up in store. I arrived and was ignored. I eventually asked one of the young ladies behind the counter whether my order was ready and soon learned they had not printed it out or started it. One of them promised to immediately start it, and agreed to bring it to my car. I was right out front and pointed through the window to show her exactly where my car was parked. She said OK and I went to sit in the car. About 20 minutes later I was no longer patient and went back inside. My pizza was sitting on a shelf all alone and she could not tell me how long it had been there. She insisted she went outside, but could not locate me. I asked her whether it occurred to her to call the phone number on the ticket, and her only response was to repeat that she went outside and looked but couldn't find me. I asked for the manager, and a very young man came over to speak to me. He offered me a free pizza at a later date for the inconvenience. I accepted, and as he took my information I opened the box to check the order and found a long blonde hair in the pizza. Suffice it to say, I asked for a refund and quickly left.

Took over an hour for an online order to be ready. Management appears non-existent, even though people are nice. Would not recommend to order for pickup.
