Have been here several times over the years, but not really recently, seems like prices have gone up, but that's okay I guess. Made reservations for birthday event for 8 people on a Wed night. Did not work out well, they were short staffed on chefs. They finally got us to a table after about 45 minutes, but that was more to get us out of the way. The wait continued there. Ended up being about a 2 1/4 hour dinner, longer than we wanted with some hungry kids. The Manager recognized it and brought us some "free" tempura. The typical Japanese Steak House experience, the volcano (in this case the choo choo train), the throwing of the shrimp (in this case chicken) into the open mouths of the customers. It was fine, it was all fine, not great, not terrible, it was fine. the wait made it not so fine.

Went to the restaurant on the Valentine’s Day for a fun family meal. Hibachi is fun for kids! While hibachi food was fine, the chef did all the tricks that were cool, there were multiple issues that made the evening just “sad” for me. First we were not seated for 45 minutes when we came with a reservation. Second, the waitress was upset the entire time and skipped things like offering straws for my family and beverages refill, something she did for rest of the people on our hibachi table. The worst part was, I did not get my order until everyone was done eating! I had ordered sushi and so did another gentleman from another group on my table. He received his, I did not. I tried to get the waitress’ attention but she continued to avoid me (I wonder why), eventually indicated something like the sushi chef is over there (gestured in the general direction where he was supposed to be)!! I decided to follow up myself so left the table two times to ask the receptionist as well as the “manager” (the only people I saw available). My food finally arrived when everyone was apologetically about to leave (everyone saw what was going on). And guess what, I ate it all up I was so starving but was it good, meh!! I thought the food tastes tastier when you are hungry, but no, it did not! I left upset, not the evening I was hoping for our Valentine’s Day!I started with a positive and will end with it as well - kids enjoyed the hibachi show and food. The manager was eventually sorry and said he will do something special for me when I come back. Well, thank you but no thank you!

Brought our 6 year old grandson here for his first time. Day before Valentine's Day and had the whole place to ourselves. Sushi and hibachi food was all very good and the chef was entertaining for our grandson (typical routine but still very good and engaging). The restaurant is clean especially compared to other hibachi type restaurants we have been to. Prices were as expected. We will definitely come back again

Celebrated my 2 sons b'day here but dissappointed due to their lacking of staffs. They forgot my appetizer order (crab shell) and served it after my sons ate their main course. That was about about almost an hour wait because prior to that we must wait till their live cooking show finished ?

The food was pretty good they got my friends order wrong and took away her shrimp and gave her a mountain of fried rice. they tried to gaslight her that she was wrong but they have her shrimp in the end. The servers and chef were nice and the seating arrangement is organized. It was fine

Come here every year for my birthday. The service is always great and fast. It’s dinner and a show. Jesus has cooked for us many times and he always recognizes my family and I. The chicken and steak teriyaki hibachi are my favorites. I love when they do the food toss at you to catch the shrimp in your mouth. The veggies always taste fresh and the food overall is amazing. If you tell them about a birthday they will come out with a big drum thing and sing for you- it’s hilarious. Overall a great place with amazing food!

Loved it. Maybe at the end of the day Hibachi places are all similar and the differences are marginal. But what can I say, everything we ate was delicious. Soup, salad, fried rice, shrimp, chicken, steak, veggies, all home runs. We even had the special old bay sushi roll and it was insanely good. My only complaint was why is fried rice an extra $4 per person? I just double checked and I don't see that on the menu anywhere. I thought rice was included with these meals. Good service.

We have been going to this restaurant for many years on New Years Eve! (My eldest daughters Birth Day) I still like the food at this place & yes it is mildly entertaining. Now the But!!! Reservations are a JOKE!!! Just left the restaurant made reservations for 7:30. Got there at 7:25. The so called waiting area was packed not unexpected for New Years Eve. Waited about twenty minutes and still at that time, we we're behind at least twenty people! Then found out another group, that had reservations for 6:30 was still waiting. After that we found out that they were taking walk-ins? Talked to one Host that said we would be seated in about twenty minutes. My youngest daughter went back in to cancel and talked to a hostess. She told her Not to cancel that they would have us seated in 30 to 45 minutes! What the F You bunch of blinking idiots, walk-ins should only be taken in open spots and NOT taken before your reservations.

Not what you'd expect for the price. We did not feel comfortable. They crowded 11 people into a 10 person table. Food was good quality but over priced. The show is old. They need to update it. They never refilled glasses. Bummer. They could do much better.

Good service until the chef dumped a ton on salt on all of the meat and seafood. It tasted like eating pure salt. When told about how salty the food was they ignored us and rushed us out.

Such a fun place for dinner! Mushroom soup to start and then salad. You get a choice of chicken, steak or shrimp which is fried in front of you along with the rice (option available for steamed rice) vegetables also fried in front of you. Very well presented, it's like a show before your dinner! Definitely worth going for the experience. Good price for the amount of food you get too. Also there are cocktails and mocktails too.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is accessible by wheelchair and the family room toilet has got plenty of room for a wheelchair.

The Japanese chef preparing the meal in front of us was real entertainment. The atmosphere is worth coming back. Our server had a nameplate of "Training" was awesome!Kid-friendliness: Memorable for them.

Don't ever order takeout from here. The food portions will be significantly smaller and incorrect. If you try to call, they will yell at you and hang up. If restaurants don't want to offer takeout, then they shouldn't.
