This is one of the best popeyes i have ever had the pleasure of walking into. The restaurant is clean and well managed. Staff are nice and they always get my order right. They made 1 mistake once but quickly fixed it with no fuss. Great service!

I had a horrible experience at this location today. Had to wait a total 60 minutes for a 10 piece Meal.Had to wait 15 minutes in line just to order the food, and then another 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, and when I got to the pick up window Mateo told me I needed to wait 9 minutes because they were frying more chicken. Those 9 minutes turned out to be 30 minutes, called the store twice and the person who answered told me the chicken would be ready in 2 minutes, waited another 10 minutes and no one brought out my order. Had to drive around, park and come inside of the restaurant to ask for my order. Mateo was very rude and told me if I wanted raw chicken… what kind of rude answer is that. When I asked for a manager, Mateo told me he was the manager and that if I wanted I could contact corporate and give them his name. Horrible experience.

Multiple times issues with ordering. Person taking order will rush you, even when you know exactly what you are ordering and do not need time to decide. Order taker will not put everything on order, even when repeat it.

Was hoping to find gluten free options. But they do not have any at all. Not even grilled chicken. Overall the food was mediocre.
The cashier asked for my order in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. Picking up my order she was not friendly got home without some of my order.

Having lived in the area for the past 12 years, I have been to this Popeyes countless times, and each and every time they screw up my order. Whether it’s forgetting an item or giving me a spicy sandwich instead of the classic that I ordered, they find a way to fumble the bag. I’m not sure if they have a faulty mic in the drive-through, but there seems to be a misunderstanding 100% of the time. I’d rather go to their competitor Wendy's.
