I have ordered from here several times. Every single time I go my food is a bit cold and one of the cashiers with a beard is always smelling like tobacco and that is disgusting. Also when I wanted to take my order he was taking long to approach me because he seemed too busy talking with another worker. The food is okay but their customer service is absolute trash.

The service was horrible the day I ordered from here. Scheduled for a 4:30 pickup and food want read to near 5. As I was waiting no acknowledgment of me or any explanation to what was going on. The cashier did nothing but play on her phone the whole time and flirt with the crew in back. I've been here before with great satisfaction, however this day it was horrible. When I finally got my food not an apology or anything. Highly disappointed.

Ordered from here a few times and it's been good, but i just found a hair wrapped around one of the noodles in my pasta. Absolutely disgusting, and threw off my appetite.

The pizza had nice presentation and was cooked just the way I like it. However, the sauce was really watered down and pretty much tasteless outside of being acidic. I paid nearly $40 for the grandma's Sicilian...and it was WAY overpriced. It should of been around 18-20 plus deliverer charge. I don't think I will order here again due to the price. Not worth the value. Not bad, not great....but the price is just not worth it.

Scotto's is decorated nicely for the holidays. We appreciate it when restaurants are festive.The service is inconsistent, and so is the food. We order delivery from them pretty often but went in for the first time in a while.
