This place used to be a good place to grab some Mexican foods with caring staff and good customer service before but not anymore. We were there to celebrate a birthday celebrations. waiter was very unknowledgeable, he didn't even know the ingredients in some of the dishes when we asked him about it. one order came wrong and by the time they brought the right one everyone else already finished with their dinner. They did not even apologies for the mistake. Manager or the people pretended to be the manager were the worse ever. They didn't even try to accommodate and make the situation better.

Nasty food and nasty customer service. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

Pretty mid food. My drink was not refilled during my visit. I said thank you on my way out to the host who didn't bother to look up from his phone.

It was my birthday and I was surprised about how empty it was. I ordered the $28 chori-steak "hand-cut Angus rib-eye steak" medium rare and it came well done, dry, and tough. When I told the food server, she just shrugged her shoulders. I didn't want to make a spectacle with my young kids there and just chewed through and swallowed my "shoe".The fried ice cream was just a hard ball of vanilla ice cream rolled in sugar, coconut, and almonds—nothing special. The chicken wings were perfectly fried and the margaritas were good.Nevertheless, we love this place's amazing decor and ambiance!

The food is fantastic. It is by no means authentic, but it is that sort of americanized take on Mexican food that somehow still hits the spot. You can easily spend a good $20-40 per person here, so I would not consider it for a random, "Oh, I just want a cheap taco," moment. However, for what you pay the portions are generous. The servers can get overwhelmed, but they are friendly when they do come to the table. My biggest complaint is the music. At times they will have Latin music playing over the speakers, a client selected song playing on the jukebox and even a live Mariachi band playing at the same time. The loud cacophony makes for a not-so-great experience. It gets to the point where you can't have a conversation at all.

Parking: We had a 3 hour lunch. When I returned to my car I had a Barnacle on the windshield. Cost $275 to get it removed. They will credit the $200 back after you return the big yellow suction device. But that wasn't easy either. I will never return to this shopping area. Too bad. I really liked the restaurant .If I need to call or Q my credit card to park I'll go back to DC.

Tonight came on Senor tequila with a friend, they have some unique tequila mixtures - jalapeño mix, pineapple mix , and habanero tequila ( I tried it- simply awesome ). Beer selection is great , prices are perfect and have happy hour until 7 pm EST, food is unquestionably best Mexican around ashburn. And the bartender Max was super nice , made many special cocktails for guests. This is must visit Mexican restaurant.

I’ve had the shrimp ceviche, my son got a monster burrito (not what it’s called, but that’s what it is). Yum! Also got the dip trio? Which is perfect when a couple of people want to start with dips.

Excellent food and drinks! Great spot to get a bite to eat and drink before going to a movie. The chips and salsa are good enough on their own, and you don't even have to pay for them. The tacos are equally delicious and fresh. Service was great and attentive. Margaritas were excellent as well.
