Great location (One Loudoun). Only had the lobster roll and chips so far and both were delicious. Only one option for the lobster roll which was served warm. Chips and salsa was a good starter with "homemade" chips. Looking forward to trying the other dishes (lobster crab grill cheese sandwich lookin good!). Also looking for a new fish and chip spot so hope that holds up as well (too bad no Guinness on tap)

Food was absolutely delicious and filling! The price is pretty reasonable for seafood. I got the lobster grinder with fries and a shrimp lettuce bowl. I'm absolutely obsessed with whatever seasoning was on those fries! The grinder had a lot of substance, no filler. There are at least 5 other things I'd like to try on that menu so it's definitely not a one trick pony! It would've gotten 5 stars but the person who served me was not the most attentive, even though I was the only customer... needs work.

First time here. Food was good. Good taste. I had the grilled fish tacos and the crab cake sandwich. The tacos had very little fish but over all tasted good. The price for the amount of food not worth it. The wait was long! The natural cut fries were not good. Frozen fries! The poke bowl was just ok, probably way too salty. And the toppings were not all that great.

It was better than it is now. The floors are sticky. The bathrooms don't get cleaned well. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Staff turnover is high. The food quality and portions size has gone way down over the last year. The cashier, who is also frequently the owner, expects a guilt tip with every credit card transaction. This place feels like its on the verge of closing down. I won't be returning anymore.

We’ve been in town a month and have come here more than four times and it’s delicious and and consistent! Service is always great and food A+++ I forgot to take pics on my other visits but the Shrimp po boy, lobster grill cheese, epic burrito and bowls are great!

I placed an order via Door Dash. I made special requests for 2 bowls ordered. 1) remove broccoli (due to a digestive disorder) and substitute the shrimp for salmon (which already comes in the Power Bowl); and 2) to put the fries on the side for the Mediterranean Bowl which comes with fries. 1) the Power Bowl came WITH broccoli and the shrimp was only removed so I didn't get the full portion of fish for this bowl. 2) the Mediterranean Bowl came with no fries instead of them being on the side. WHY? The manager, Samantha, said that the bowl only comes with only 3-4 fries in it so they wouldn't put that on the side. I asked her why didn't they contact me to advise me of this as I had never ordered this bowl before so I wouldn't know this - I could've added a side of fries (upswell and extra money them) and she said they normally don't call for small things like this. I stated to her that they should consider updating the description so people know what to expect. She said it's not controlled by her, it's controlled by corporate in California. I stated that even if she can't control what is listed on Doordash, GrubHub, etc, she DOES control the customer experience in Ashburn, VA and she has control over my experience and ensure I continue to order from them and have a good experience - especially since I have spent over $600 over the past 10 months on online order with them - and nearly $300 this year. She disagreed that she should contact me to let me know they can't fulfill my order as requested and that she doesn't have an obligation to let customers know when the order will be different from what they order online. She then proceeded to tell me goodbye as I was still taking and then hung up on me. I have had issues with Slapfish before, but continued to try them out as the food can be good when made right AND they attempted to correct things in the past...not be rude, dismissive and disrespectful. My daughter will not eat there anymore as the bowl she had in April made her sick and she vomited several times and had diarrhea too. I have eaten twice since April (since we slowed down ordering from them) due to her experience. One of those times they got the order all wrong again and I had to physically drive to the restaurant to return the delivered food and get 3 new bowls. I was fine with that as they remade the food, I just had to pick it up. That's how you make things right, not by telling the customer you disagree with them and then hang up on them. It's not worth the hassle any more, so I officially give up on them. Samantha ruined it for me.

Ordered the Surf n Turf burger. It was ok, neither the lobster topping or the burger patty had life changing flavor, but it was satisfying overall. The fries were hot and seasoned.

Went here for the first time today and OMG...Delicious delicious delicious! We order the shrimp ceviche, fish & chips, lobster grinder and lobster grill cheese and the flavors were out of this world. Everything was perfectly seasoned and so fresh that I'm not kidding when I say we felt like we transported to a beach's boardwalk restaurant. They have a gain regular customers with us. Btw, the employees were very friendly.
Went in for taco Tuesday and ordered the buy one get one fish tacos to go. Was hugely disappointed when I got home to find that I was only given 1 taco. To make matters worse the taco was practically all cabbage with the smallest piece of fish inside. Utterly disappointing and not at all the quality it appears other diners have received in the past.

This is my favorite place to have a quick bite in One Loudoun. Make no mistake, the food is daaaaank. I've had the epic shrimp burrito, lobster roll, and ultimate fish taco, and they all tasted fresh, toasty, and delicious!The portions are filling and I find their menu items and recipe pretty unique. They have a mini stand near their soda machine stocked with hot sauce and Old Bay which was convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The epic shrimp burrito and ultimate fish taco is what I would 100% recommend to any first time visitors.

We had the "Clobster" grilled cheese and clam chowder. Delicious, highly recommend. The staff were courteous and the restaurant was clean. Great experience, we will be back.

Underwhelming for the price. Ramen burrito is so-so. Sauce provided flavor, but be warned you'll get half a claw of lobster on top of the burrito and then maybe 3 shrimp. The noodles were spaghetti and not ramen noodles. Lobster roll was plain, no butter on the side at all. Salad was fresh, but the vinaigrette was basically vinegar with nothing else mixed in. Perhaps their poke bowls are their main money-makers and they actually have flavor and a proper amount of seafood within...but that will be someone else's job to figure out.This place has a lot to improve on ranging from service to the food. I am not sure I'd eat here again after my experience. I can recommend 3 different seafood joints in the Ashburn area before I recommend this place.
