Management;Tavafry has been my favorite snack and cake/pastry store since the business opened up.However, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the lack of transparency when you order a birthday cake and you are cheated of the size and charged for the amount which is not delivered.I have contacted the person in charge of the matter but no response, at this point I have only two solutions on my hand, to post everything online for consumers to see on social media and also report this to the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection Section. I am wondering if these normal business practices are widely used at your business to cut corners and cheat customers.Looking forward to your response.

I ordered one plate mutton biryani with raita and they didn’t give, I asked them to give raita and uncle started undoing his lungiraita was little bit salty but you know how these people are with their homemade organic recipes, uncle looked like he was going to pass out to i told him to take one crocin and he said “tumhen aur kya chaahie badamaash”
Excellent food. Mutton Lazeez and Kababs tasted really good.

Tava Fry is a hidden treasure! They make delicious Indian Mumbai style food with lots of spices and flavors. You have to try the Hakka Noodles and Pav Bhaji & Pizza. I can't wait to try more dishes next time!Highly recommended?
We order veg panini and kati chicken roll, tea and we asked for spicy food, taste is too bad, not at all tasty. Inside Panini veg sandwich, they suffed with alloo and some tomatoes.”If you are south indian we don’t recommend this place. “

I ordered dessert cups & cakes for 2 baby showers - the presentation & the taste was phenomenal. Pricing was reasonable too. Guests enjoyed the desserts & cake a lot and kept asking where we got them from … will definitely be ordering from here for next events.
