Love this place. It's very chill. Service is good. I don't normally like sandwiches but theirs is good. They should expand their day to day menu beyond sandwiches.

Great spot for lunch. Will be back for some meat to BBQ!

Great local butcher. Their marinated meats are superb and they have other cuts that are well butchered and prime quality. The prepared foods are also very good. Don't sleep on their pizza or protein bowls!

Absolutely love this place and so excited that they are staying open! There's no other butcher around that our family trusts like this place. They have the best cuts of meat and amazing seasonings and I feel lucky to have them in our community. I'm a VERY picky eater and this place gets it right every time! They have amazing steak sandwiches, fries, pizzas and burgers as well. Take my word for it and pay these guys a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Food from here is absolutely delicious! Expect to pay a little more for meat because it is a butcher. They have a great selection of meats, eggs and other food items that they sell. The store front is a decent size for a butcher with a great layout. You're also able to dine in and eat here as well but did not have a chance to when we stopped in. The service here is amazing and their staff is very knowledgeable about their products! We purchased the Maple Bourbon Tips, Key West Chicken and the Mac and Cheese Fritters.

Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were given a nice size free portion of their chicken salad to bring home to try, and it was very tasty; I will get again. Purchase the Butcher pizza and crab balls to go. Both were very good. Nice menu for dine in and too go. Market selections offer a great variety of meats, deli foods and breads. There is also a selection of wines, beers, and beverages. If you want to dine in seating is available.

This place is a gem! Great deli. Burgers, deli sandwiches, pizza. They are also a full blown butcher shop, including prepared meats like flavored beef tips to heat and eat at home! Great selection of wines. I like the Steakhouse burger, but there are others. Oh, and salads too.

Great for special order . Nice to have a real butcher that can special order most things. Just ask one of the butchers and they will work with you to order what you want and they do it in a timely manner.

Delicious bread and au jus sauce on the sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of beverage options i.e. wine and beer. Premade baked goods, sides, and fresh meat.

This place is wonderful! Warm and friendly owners. Drove by it many times and regret not having visited sooner. Located in old Ashburn. Excellent meat and wine collection. Meat is processed there. Including bacon, ham and other meats. Butcher said they will do special orders. Wide variety on the menu including homemade salads and sandwiches. Have not tried the pizza but my friends said is the best in Ashburn. Definitely going back.

I wish I had gone for the wine or the deli but we went for dinner. The chicken pesto panini was delicious but so overpriced. Dishes were served on paper plates as if they aren’t used to actual dine in guests. Overall a miss but totally based on mismanaged expectations.

This was a cute little find that we thought we were only having lunch. Little did we know all of the homemade deli items, premade marinated meats for dinners existed along with unique wines and snacks! Definitely a place to check out!!

Decent meat selection but a disappointing and limited wine selection. If you live right around there it's probably worth checking out but not something to go out of your way for.

My go to butcher shop in Ashburn off Ashburn Rd close to the firehouse. I'm a big meat smoker and they have an excellent selection of meats but what they are known for are steak tips. They have at least 9 different pre marinated flavors. My favorites are smokehouse, firey, maple and I usually like to get a couple packs that aren't marinated so I can do a rub and grill them. I love the prime burgers and dry aged ribeyes. They sell beer and wine and have a nice little bistro. The sides are good not Balduccis good but they have a nice selection. It's a bit pricey but I will pay for the quality. Grilling out or smoking no matter they have a better quality and it comes from local farms. I recommend them to everyone.

Just spent $50 on three sandwiches, of which one was a BLT and pretty sad. They have been good in the past and I understand "upping" prices based on realistic expectations, but this was certainly the last time we order from here.
