Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Staff was moving like they were forced to be there, forgot orders, and responded as if the customer was the problem when asked when their drinks would be ready.Go down the street to the Wawa if you want coffee.

Stopped and hit this drive-thru on a Sunday morning. Thought it was going to be quick cuz it's right off the highway and there was no line. When I pulled up they said one moment please... but I sat at the drive-thru menu board for 5 full minutes before they finally took my order. When I finally pulled around to the window, there were multiple workers inside but no customers. What the heck are they doing? Just a bunch of gen z losers with their noses in their phones.

Never had a good experience here. Always takes forever and never gets the order right. Ordered two lattes and waited for 20 mins with not a single other customer in there nor in drive thru, at 20 mins I just left without the drinks. Employees didn’t even care or apologize.

I love doughnut from Dunkin, and I really liked the Berry Sparkd drink I got. I'm actually going to try the Peach Sparkd drink this afternoon to see how I like that one. Staff was friendly and quick preparing my order.

This one is just as bad as any other Dunkin. A donut shop that doesn’t have donuts. They get overwhelmed if more than one person is in the drive through. Be prepared to sit in drive through for 15 minutes if someone else is there.

Aviation Experience
Stopped in for a coffee on my way to Florida. Coffee was $3.60 for a medium and was not made correctly. Asked to use the bathroom and there were two chairs blocking entrance to both the men and women’s bathroom. Two young kids working at Dunkin’ Donuts and I asked if the bathrooms were broken and they said he does not know. However, my guess is with two young kids, The bathrooms were blocked so the customers could not use them so they would not have to clean the bathrooms at the end of their shift. Zero hospitality! Both employees looked like they hated their job. No customer service whatsoever.
Did a mobile order. Noticed no one was making it. I had to check in before they started my order. Waste of time.

if i could leave zero stars I would. we went through the drive through and were stuck in the same spot for 20 minutes before the line moved an inch. and when we made it to the order station, they told us we couldn't order because we had 2 orders. then we couldn't get out of the drive through to go inside and order because we were surrounded by other aggravated cars and a curb. Therefore forcing us to wait through the entirety of the line. 1 order does NOT take 20 minutes to complete. people with just feet could complete orders faster than the workers here.

Went in at 10:50am, they said, and I quote, " we do not have any hot food. Only some donuts and coffee. " My daughter went into the ladies' room, and she said there wasn't any toilet paper, so I walked in the mens room, and even that bathroom didn't have toilet paper. Ridiculous...What kind of establishment is this?

There was no toilet paper, so they were letting people use napkins. My husband ordered a cappuccino, which only had a out a quarter drink and was mostly foam. The woman waiting on us nice enough but overall soso.
