This restaurant was amazing and captured the essence of the Keys. We enjoyed the restaurant so much we returned the next night and requested Riley again as our server. The food was delicious, we had the filet, clam chowder, conch fritters, coconut shrimp, chicken parm, chimichurri burger and more. The flavors were bursting and portions were large. Our server never left us waiting and knew the menu well. Thank you Riley and Islamorada Fish Company for giving us a great first experience in the Keys.

Their food was bland, over priced for what you get. My husband and I actually got sick to our stomach when we got home so I'm pretty sure it is food poisoning. Our waitor seemed high as gas prices as he was like in slow motion whenever he walked to our table or others. We won't be returning. Btw they no longer serve alligator bites!

Am currently sitting here looking at my over cooked burned fish and chips..yes..both burned..fries also..but let me start with the appetizer...the fish dip. Not rich and creamy..more like canned tuna..and the crackers were stale... then we got the spinach dip. It was so watery it would not stay on the burned chips it comes with. This place has gone so far downhill as far as food quality goes. I will never eat here again. I would post pics of everything but for some reason the app won't let me..

We are always happy when our dining experience exceeds expectations. We decided to take a chance on Islamorada Fish Company even after seeing the average rating and we are so glad we did and we will definitely make a point to return if and when in the area! The experience was top notch! We sat at the bar and Stephen made us feel like royalty. Drinks, service, and food were great but the best was the calm, retreat, and spa like experience. Strange description but truly felt relaxed and pampered after we left. There is a serenity in watching beautiful tropical fish swimming in the aquarium. Not sure how the experience would be if busy but we had dedicated, exceptional service.

We had never heard of Islamorada Fish Company prior to purchasing a Groupon for 2 entees and an appetizer. We went on a rainy Tuesday evening, so a large crowd (and potentially slower service) was not an issue. Everyone we encountered was friendly and engaged, and our server Jessica was top notch - friendly, efficient, attentive but not overbearing. My wife and I both had the Fish 'n' chips which were some of the best we have eaten anywhere! They were hot and crispy and perfectly seasoned. We had spinach artichoke dip for our starter, which was hot and creamy, but perhaps a little heavy with spinach for our own personal taste, but still very good. Loved the atmosphere as well, and especially enjoyed looking at the fish tank and the cozy fireplace. We definitely look forward to dining there again!

It was lunchtime and we were going south on I-95 and this was one of the signs posted on the side of the road. We prefer not to go to a chain if there is something that looks interesting, but we had trouble finding it as it wasn't on the "strip". Using our GPS we found it. Service was excellent with a good menu and good food. We shared fish tacos and the fish was excellent with good-sized pieces and tasty slaw.

Honest review? Me, my wife and two you children came in for lunch. I had the portifino ($27)- came out cold, over cooked, green beans were cold, oily and tasteless. Lobster sauce was congealed and gross in consistency, shrimp rubbery. Wife ordered fried catfish - obviously frozen, batter burned. Son had Mac and cheese ($12) which consisted of about a cups worth of craft Mac and cheese from the box, the kind that you get a 6 pack for at the grocery store for like $4. Our waitress didn't notice that we're were seated for nearly 20mins, despite being between two of her tables. She was inattentive, we saw her maybe three times in over an hour. At one point she was outside for about 20mims and then claimed the dishwasher broke (somehow this took all the wait staffs attention?) The manager was very apologetic, and it was appreciated. He offered deserts and requested another opportunity to make it a better dining experience. I'll update when I return ??

It was clear there were only two waitresses who were also the bar tenders working the entire restaurant, which was sad considering we had a reservation of 14 people. You would think the managers would prepare their staff. No flavor on steaks. Not worth the price for the quality of anything on the menu. Ambiance is the only thing I can say good about this place!! The place has so much potential to be what it once was. I think they need a revamp and new management.
