Came in semi close to when they were supposed to close (I thought they closed at 10). Being a former fast food worker myself, I apologized for the roadblock in their night, offering to leave. They immediately declined my offer and took my order, going to extensive lengths to not make me feel like an inconvience, even going as far as giving me a free fountain drink! While the food wasn’t as good as other sub places considering the price, the atmosphere and cute area it is located in made me willing to give this place a positive review! ?

Problem with this location is, when you use the Jersey Mike’s app, there is no option to get a fountain drink. I logged onto another location to see if it was a glitch or an issue, and you were able to order fountain drinks from other locations. I thought to myself, maybe they don’t have a drink machine. When I went inside to pick up my food, they sure as heck had one. What’s up with that? I also asked for extra mayonnaise on my sub and when I sat down to eat, it didn’t have it.

The younger crew needs to be given some lessons in customer service,because I am a frequent customer & EVERYTIME I come in I feel like I’m being treated as if I’m not respected.I normally don’t do reviews but it’s REALLY starting to put me in a bad space with this specific location???

This is by far the worst JM I ever ate at before. The counter tops is always dirty employees standing around doing nothing. Veggies old lettuce brown and they just throw your food together as if you not paying ur money. I actually live near this location and drive all the way to mechanicsville to get my food made

I have heard nothing but great things about Jersey Mike’s in Lakeridge Parkway. I decided to give it a go on one Monday night. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with smiling faces by two hard-working individuals, whom couldn’t have been older than high schoolers. Upon paying, they asked if I’d like to round up for charity. I thought this was a kind gesture of jersey mikes to give back. The young men and I had a spirited conversation, specifically about basketball. I have been struggling recently, but these young men made me forget about life’s struggles as I ate this delicious sub. The food was fairly good, but the workers made it taste like it was gourmet.

I never had your g Mike's subs until my dad took me to one in Glen Allen Virginia very good subs a lot of meat good flavoring definitely will visit Jersey Mike's

I love the Philly sub. The staff are always friendly and the foods always good and ready on time. I hate the service over at Firehouse and it was very refreshing to find a positive alternative close to home.

I ordered a sub for lunch using the T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon. It was ready as soon as I got there which was nice, but the only thing right about my sandwich was the toppings. The sanwhich was so sloppy that my bread was falling apart (I asked for light mayo with oil & vinegar). I had the wrong bread and wrong meat. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I got back to work so I couldn't go get another.

Come in for a pick up order wind up waiting 25 minutes plus the additional 20 that was given to make the sandwich. It sat there on the counter for a total of 7 minutes. I timed it. Flies landed on it. Threw the food away. Will not be back.

Food was outstanding as usual. However, the online (phone) menu did not include some of my favorites at other locations. Strip Mall parking could be tight and maybe the reason they do not have curbside delivery like other locations. Had to find a parking place then hobble into store and pick-up my sandwich. I use a cane whick makes curb delivery a major benefit.
