Never have I seen such bad service. Not even acknowledged our existence for 10 maybe 15 minutes. Manager Molly comes up and just starts counting bread. When there is a line of 4 people and the one other employee Rebbecca is making sandwiches at a snails place while joking around with random customers. It was clear she was behind from online orders she just let sit until customers came to pick it up and then would start. Unreal.

We had the worse service I have ever encountered in my whole life.. The lady was so rude and hateful we almost walked outI don't believe that lady wanted to wait on us nor work today. I will never recommend that location.

I frequent this Subway often but this last time was the worst. I came in around 6:30 on March 4th. There was 1 girl working and one person in front of me in line. As far as I could tell she had not waited on him yet, as she was busy doing online orders and talking to a Co worker that was on break. The man asked me if I wanted to go ahead of him which was nice but she was still working on other orders. She finally came over and asked what I wanted and i said a turkey, but she interrupted me and snapped "what kind of bread". Well I was getting to that before I was interrupted. Then went moved to toppings, and all this time she's still talking away to her coworker ( not a subway employee) I had to repeat everything twice. I understand if you can't hear, believe me but convey that to the customer without being snappy. I asked for a cup of Buffalo sauce and did not realize until I got homeThat there was.buffalo sauce but it barely covered the bottom of the cup. I checked out and was leaving when she started taking the man's order and she was very rude to him as well. The food was good, the store was clean. The employee was RUDE.

It's a Subway in a gas station. It wasn't about fine dining, but getting something we could eat and still drive. They were kind and did a great job putting our sub and salad together. I'd be happy to eat here again.

Every time we stop in, the food is great. The bread is fresh, the produce is fresh. Staff is nice, store is clean. Parking isn’t great, but worth it.
The food, I ordered meatball sub. Heated . W cheese. Had so many meatballs, I ordered footlong. Great price. Great food.

The hours are not correct! This subway is open until 9pm. Someone needs to change them on google and the official website, if you are a rewards member you cannot use coupon codes in store or atleast that’s what I was told (even though I’ve used them at multiple Subway locations in store before this.) so if you want to use a coupon you have to order online before 6pm because if you don’t your coupons “won’t work”

Mediocre like any other Subway but the employee was even more rude than employees at other locations (which was surprising). Throwing the knife and ingredients around and never a smile or thank you or any interaction. I stop here for lunch since it's the last place on the way to Grayson Highlands from the direction I come but I may just stop in Wytheville a little ways back to avoid this particular Subway location.
