I told my wife I was going to find a place to get a beer after dropping her off at Raleigh Durham Airport; I was heading back to Roanoke. Little did I know I'd find a beer at a brewery in the middle of nowhere. Great beer, beautiful views, FRESH air, and a relaxing vibe, with indoor and outdoor seating, hammocks, a fireplace, field to walk, and a stage (I assume they have music some nights).
If you want great beer and breathtaking views look no further than Mountain Valley Brewing. I have never been to a brewery that merges the beautiful outdoors with unique beer quite like Mountain Valley. The main tasting room is subtle with about 6-7 beer offerings, a dart area, and other games available. On the outside you have a lot of space to take in serene mountains and countryside views. Wow, what a great place to have a beer and unwind!We were there on a Friday night they had live music it was a small crowd and everyone was very friendly.It's definitely a place I will return to.
