I don't normally write reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at any restaurant. We sat here for AN HOUR and only received our drinks after having asked. There are not enough customers here for the service to be this bad. The staff was rude and got our orders wrong. Besides that, the food looked old and honestly eaten out of. We also never received part of our order. We have been here for a total of 1.5 hours, absolutely starving, and I refuse to consume this "food". We are leaving and not coming back to this location. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted.

I’ve been a regular customer for the past four years. For the last three visits, we’ve been served by the same person, and each time, we’ve experienced the worst service. We’ve had to beg for food, cutlery, and napkins, and we’ve had to call multiple times just to place an order. Once, when we ordered online, the waiter shouted at us, asking if we couldn’t wait. Despite the poor service, we only tipped 10%. However, the waiter forcefully insisted on a 20% tip. We’ve decided never to return to the same store. Instead, we’ll choose a different BDubs

We came here for dinner. This is the first time in this restaurant. I must say the service was really bad. We were not giving any napkins or silverware until we asked. We had to order our food through a QR code. There was no one to ask questions if you didn’t understand what you were doing, I was able To flag down a server who was completely oblivious that we were even there the food take 30 minutes to come out We will not be back at this location ever again big disappointment

It took over 2 hours for my correct order to come out and it came with hair. My original bartender Dani was only servicing the men at the bar asking if they need anything or refills while she passed me several times and never gave me the same service so i asked for Alexis which gave me out standing service and was super nice. The manager handled the situation according but still dissatisfied with wait time and the hair in my food.

Can hardly go wrong with their wings. Hot take: their boneless wings, even though "boneless wings" are basically fancy chicken nuggets, ARE SO GOOD. Wings are solid wings. Sauces are fine. Drinks are actually better than expected and really affordable!Big pro: they have high chairs!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and volumes aren't incredibly loud

Not often do I hit a B-Dubs! This was a special Saturday evening with an interesting UFC Fight Night on. Sooo thankful this local location was willing to show it! ✌️✌?✌??The nicest angel-servers, a hip welcoming host, a good simple session talking to a few peeps all around. Always something easy & fine about sitting yourself down a spell after that long tiring day to watch a sport you enjoy. For me? That mono-a-mono competition can’t be beat! ? ? #OvercomeYourselfFirstThank you kindly BWW staff! I am so glad to see everyone there moving & smiling. The faithful customers also! Happily the dang Covidmess has passed on by… and my America ?? can get back to doing up some clean & respectable fun, fun, fun!**Peace of Heaven… with a side of wings and your cool libation.
