On 5/2/24 - I ordered the smoked turkey and cheese sub. I asked for American cheese instead of the provolone cheese that it comes with. I get there to pick up and see there's a charge on it for $1.00. I asked why, they gave some excuse and yet I still paid. I get home (30mins away)... guess what? Provolone cheese is on my sub. I called to tell them. She asked did I want a refund or credit. I went for the credit.Here's today 5/8/24.I call for my credit, they said my name right away. I made sure they had it right this time. I then made a separate order for spaghetti & meatballs. I get there, the wife tells me she can give half of my credit because it was provolone on it and American cheese was missing. I said there wasn't supposed to be provolone period. Then they proceed with ring me out with just charging for the other order.I get home and guess what's on my damn sandwich?!?! PROVOLONE CHEESE!Why is this request so hard to accomplish?Mind you, I believe the wife made my sandwich and she didn't, she was definitely standing back there. SmhAnother sub in the trash and money wasted.

I love the steak and cheese and the roll comes on. It’s so good! Quiet location and not super busy to dine in. Whenever were in the area we stop and get their steak and cheese and fries. Highly recommend!

We found this place while looking for something to eat after an errand in Ruckersville. What a nice find! Food was great- hard to get a sicilian pizza right, but they did, and it was awesome! The staff was so nice and polite. It was around 8 pm, busy but not crazy. Their sign said they were short staffed and asked for patience. But honestly, you'd have never known. Our waitress was prompt, super nice, and our pizza came out nice and hot and in a very reasonable amount of time. We enjoyed our dinner very much. We find ourselves in the Charlottesville area often, and Fabios is on the way home. We will definitely make it one of our regular stops! Thanks to all the staff!

Took the kids and grandparents here during a visit for dinner and everyone loved it! Great kid’s menu choices; lots of food for very reasonable prices! Better than Fabio’s downtown IMO. Highly recommend their deluxe pizza and bacon cheese fries.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the pizza by the slice and the meatballs. Wish they had juice instead of lemonade but otherwise great.

I don't understand any of these reviews.This was truly some of the most horrible food I've ever tasted. I've traveled extensively and this is top 3 for the most inedible food I've had.I ordered an XL Pizza, the fried ravioli, and carrot cake. The pizza dough is chewy and tough and doesn't taste like dough. The sauce tastes and looks like plain tomato sauce from a can. There's no seasoning or flavoring to the sauce. It's watery. The cheese was rubbery and tasted of nothing. Really really low quality ingredients. Bottom of the barrel.The ravioli was the only edible thing and it was tough and chewy and tasted like frozen processed great value brand frozen food.Now to the carrot cake. The most disgusting of them all. Frosting that tastes like crisco with margerine flavor added... cake that's dry and stale like it's been on the shelf for years. I paid $7 for an inedible slice of cake that's not even junky grocery store bakery quality.I wasted $38 and an hour of my time getting this food for myself and my family to not be able to actually eat it.Save yourself a bad night and go somewhere else. The gas station pizza and snack cakes are vastly better than whatever this was.

Unfortunately, it was not a good dinner for celebrating my niece's birthday. We have been eating here for years and have always loved it. The waitress we had tonight was not good at all. It took her 30 minutes to take our order. She could not get it right 2 of our parties did not Receive. their food until we were almost completely done with ours because she forgot to put it in the system. She kept comingBack to the table and repeating herself over and over about what we ordered. And I got the Italian Tour and it cold and Then one of our family members that was with us. She kept telling her that she hadn't paid even though she literally had the receipt in her hand. It was not a good experience. Overall, it was very stressful. We actually know the owner and In this particular, waitress is going hurt his business. Waitress Pathricia B check#144. I don't like complaining, But is was bad?
