I grew up loving Whataburgers. We had Whataburger before we had McDonald's in our town. My husband is not as much of a fan of the burgers but he just discovered the steak sandwich. I have a feeling from now on when I say I want a Whataburger he will be all in because he can have a steak sandwich! The ladies working behind the counter we're very nice and personable. I'm not sure I've ever eaten inside this one and was pleasantly surprised to see how cute it is.

The last three times I've been there, the frier has been down and they had no fries available. I visited at dinner time and I believe the frier was down so they could leave earlier.

It seems this location is on the decline, every other time we go they're having some issue or another to where they're not open or it's card only, or like today when they said the phones were down so they couldn't take any orders and when we called the phone, guess what, it WASN'T down... Smh. This makes my inner fat girl cry...

food had no flavor the place was gross and musty. looked at the reviews and thought that it would be a good place to try but no. left me hungry and disappointed. disgusting.

What A Burger is awesome. The focus is on the Burger. The facility is old and run down, outside bathroom, dining area dingy. BUT, the Burger is awesome. I recommend take-out. The only downside is that they tend to overcook or sometimes burn the meat these days recently. I hope management notices and monitors that more closely. The What A Burgers in Prince George, Petersburg, and Newport News all shine. This one just needs a remodeling job and DON'T BURN THE MEAT !!!

The burgers used to be the full size of the Big Bun which they aren't anymore but they're still good. It's a back in the day spot that's still around.
