Love coffee? Then you need to make sure you visit Cordial Coffee. Their attention to detail with coffee is an experience. Don’t go in expecting it to be like chain coffee shops. Also, their waffles are amazing and I look forward to treating myself to one of them each week. The bonuses the waffles are gluten-free! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, answering any questions that you may have.

They have punch cards here to get if you get coffees they'll make a punch on the card. I tried 4 different drinks on the menu. The coffee here is definitely strong. Love the interior of the building seems like a nice hang out spot there's more seating inside than what I thought there'd be and some outside seating too and free of charge parking by their building unless it's packed but it is nice because almost everywhere in Berryville there's a meter.

Somebody else got my order. So I had to wait for my order. It was okay I had the time. I think something more needs to be done than just calling out the name at the window. Perhaps they need a runner. Just a suggestion.
We came in to get a couple of drinks before leaving town this morning. There seemed to be a disconnect between the person at the register and the person making the drinks. We ultimately paid $12 for drinks and didn’t leave with what we had ordered (asked for some whole milk in an americano and didn’t get it) but didn’t feel like waiting even longer to get it remedied. The waffles looked delicious though!

We love this place. High quality coffee and espresso drinks with fun seasonal flavors. I love the lemon and berry waffle in the springtime. The decor/atmosphere is always comfortable, stylish and makes you want to cozy up and stay awhile.

I would not come back due to the service. INCREDIBLY slow. There is zero sense of urgency among the staff and they are not helpful at all when you check on a drink after 50 (not an exaggeration) minutes. Poorly managed, feel like they hire very young, inexperienced people so they can underpay them and it shows. Food and drink are good so it's a shame.
