It was nice to see a good Ole McDonald's that had nice employees, good & fresh Big Mac sandwiches & a clean restaurant....I stopped going because in other area's, you wouldn't even want to order the food.....but Berryville - you got it "going on"!

After an exchange with the manager, when they made a mistake with the order; the manager himself had the audacity to accuse my husband of being a racist, and said he was complaining because of his ethnicity!!! Wow! I guess the customer is not always right, and is not allowed to complain about poor customer service and mistakes on their paid orders. Just wow! If I could give zero stars I would. We were very good customers, and frequently use that establishment. Not anymore until corporate steps in or this man is fired! How dare he say such things. I am appalled. I have encouraged neighbors, friends, peers, and family members to stop supporting that establishment moving forward.

I’ve learned to manage my expectations at this point. My order is always going to be wrong and the food will always suck and be overpriced, the workers will never have manners or know how to correctly take/make orders.

Every morning I come here and they are supposed to open at 5:30am. You get there and it’s like almost 6am before they actually open. Poor customer service. If you can’t open on time. Then you need to change the time that you would actually be open!

I'm not sure what they are doing here but every morning I go there the food is always fresh. I don't think I've ever had a morning there with stale or typical mcdonalds quality. This place should be the gold standard of how to run a McDonald's. Good job.

Went through the drive thru after placing an order on my app (after 10-15 min) and have been asked to pull ahead and wait for my order to come out. It's quicker to place order at the drive through than it is to order food on the app. I got onions on my sandwich even though I ordered it with no onions.
