Was given the wrong ice cream in spite of my repeating my order several times. The employees seemed more concerned in sharing a joke amongst themselves then in making sure that correct orders were given out. Also, when I went to pay, the young lady stood there watching me when the Tips screen came up. Why are you supposed to tip, 30-40% on an ice cream cone that’s handed to you? I much prefer the Chester location.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. I have stage 3 cancer and the woman at the counter yelled at me for trying to read the flavors so I could tell my teenage son what I wanted. I’m in a wheelchair and struggle with mobility and her behavior was uncalled for.
I’d recommend going to the Midlothian location or another shop all together

This place is a lovely little oasis! My kid loves playing in the sand box, while the grownups loved lounging on the Adirondack chairs. Great ice cream and service.
