I sat here for About 45 minutes for just a thing of fries my family had already sat down and ate their food the employees were not doing their job they proceeded to put the food that was already ready to the side and continues to make new orders and give them out letting the people after me get their food when I finally got my food it was soggy and cold this has happened before here and thankfully a new manager I believe is named zuzu clocked in and took over the situation he gave me a refund and apologized

Customer Service at chic-fil-a used to be over the top superb. I have notice a decline in Customer satisfaction and the wow factor and what set them apart from other fast food chains. I asked for my food fresh they gave me what they wanted and it definitely wasn't fresh. Not happy with the food or service.
I’ve yet to have a less than desirable experience at Chick-fil-A!! Keep up the great work.
