I gave it a star for the place, but I went to breakfast with my wife and we had a bad experience. Hair came out in the food and I didn't like that the cooks got angry when I told them, but if they need some care, I have hygiene, attention, managers.

I had a pick up order. When I went in, there was an employee who finished their cellphone texting for a minute while never addressing me. No signs to tell you where to go for pickup. Very crowded inside and the staff are not overly friendly. (Same waitress that helped me before when I picked up) Once I got home there was items missing. What you pay to eat and not get your items is frustrating.

Update: went today around 1030. Not busy. The food was good in that the eggs were done as I requested. The hash browns tasted kind of fishy. Service was pretty poor. My server seemed to forget me bith before i ordered and when i was done. Both times i asked someone else for help and they got her. Once she was doing side work! Original post: Kind of mixture of diner and restaurant. Menu was pretty extensive, considering... my eggs Benedict, which I asked to be well done, was still runny. Prefer first watch.

I ordered and picked up for the first time at the Huguenot location. Restaurant was a little busy with several customers coming in to dine in as I was arriving for a pick up.It was my first visit and I did not see any signs to direct me for a pick up order. I saw a cashier station and went there. A woman with blond hair and a pony tail was chatting with another employee. I waited, she then had a bit of an attitude and said...can I help you? I said I am picking up an order and wasn't sure where to get it. ( They have counter seating,dine in seating with a cashier and delivery area. As well as a hostess station.(Hostess station was busy seating new customers that arrived the same time as I did. ) cashier rolled her eyes and said, "Did you already place the order?" I said yes. Her demeanor changed, she asked my name and retrieved the order with a thank you. Food and iced coffee were DELICIOUS!!!! Will definitely pick up again, now that I know where to retrieve my order.Kid-friendliness: Kid proportion meals were on the menuWheelchair accessibility: a ramp right off the sidewalk from parking lot is right at the front door.

I walked in 2 people already sitting down waiting before me so I’m standing. The hostess come by no eye contact and goes back to the podium. A couple comes in she turns around greats them and put there name on the list. Over the course of 8 mins 2 other couples have come in she has seated people and still hadn’t said one word to me or looked in my direction. Finally someone else notices that I’m just standing there and asks have I been served and get this my order was ready for at least 10 mins. I have a bad taste in my mouth about the whole situation because the hostess was a young white women, I’m a black women, and all of the couples that came in or where before me where white. This whole situation was completely unacceptable and I wish they wore name tags so I could get her name.
