We ordered the Steak and Cheese Tortellini from catering menu for pick up on the 26th of December for after Christmas lunch with family. It was a hit!! So much food and the steak was cooked to perfection. The cheese tortellini was delicious.Service was awesome as well. Thanks to all who prepared and helped with getting it ready on time too! You guys rock!!

Great food and huge portions! I have to get spaghetti when I go. My Italian mother in law would say it's too sweet but it's actually delicious! The service was amazing. Our server made suggestions for those who hadn't visited before.

Excellent food and friendly staff. The portions are large and shareable or great for leftovers. I love that they have all day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Anything you can think of is on the menu, and tastes like your grandma's soulful cooking. The ambience has an old dinner aesthetic. I often go by myself for lunch during the week. It isn't too busy during that time. I have gone on the weekend and there's been a wait, so plan accordingly.

Met up with some old friends of my mom's with mom at the Bon Air location. Everything was really good. The atmosphere is lacking a little compared to the original Joes in the Fan. And they played some odd toddler tunes station almost the whole time we were there! Service was on point but the place was not that busy. It was only 430 on a Saturday, though.Onto the food... there was meatloaf and mashed potatoes, lasagna, the Greek Salad with a small spaghetti (which was still huge) and the Greek spaghetti. Everything was really delicious. I cleaned my plate so...! I heard no complaints from anyone. The Greek salad looked delicious and I wished I'd ordered it but I also wanted pasta-ish food and knew I couldn't eat all that. I have since learned from my aunt about "left overs right". But at the time I didn't know how to do that! LolJoes is a great! Even though I prefer the Fan for atmosphere. This one is in a strip mall. But - I ain't mad atcha,

We had a party of 20 celebrating my brother in law's birthday and our waitress Theresa was incredibly rude letting us know they close at 9 and to hurry up and order at 7:15! The birthday boy was not even there yet and it took 15 minutes for drinks and she actually walked away and pointed her finger at us and rolled her eyes! The food was mediocre and the service was terrible and we will not be returning! Theresa we all were in the food industry and you could of made some good money but not with that attitude!!!

My older parents went in for Joe's takeout using a gift certificate I gave them. They lost the paper and the marvelous manager walked out to their car and found my mother was sitting on it.. Now that is Customer Service at it's BEST. Thank you! Joe's in or out is always the Very Best! Come for the food, Tip for the over the top service!

Dinner at Joe's inn Bon Air was just what I wanted. Something light, but tasty. I opted for the French onion soup and a side salad while my dining partner with the heartier appetite chose the blackened chicken Alfredo pasta. My soup was hot and good, but could have had the cheese browned a bit to make more visually appealing. My partner also had a salad (fresh and cold, needed a few more veggies, other than the bagged lettuce, 2 rings of onion and a cucumber slice; maybe a wedge of tomato instead of 2 wafer thin slices?) and commented that someone in the kitchen really knew how to season blackened chicken. The space was clean and comfortable and Izzy's service was fast and friendly. Prices were reasonable. I looked over the dessert menu but didn't order any; I was hoping for some of that delicious bread pudding they used to have. All in all, a much better experience than our last visit several years ago.

Amazing food and great service. Huge plates of pasta, chicken parmesan, and fresh baked bread. Reasonable prices and plenty for the next day! Will come again!

Great food and happy hour M-F 3-7pm. Been coming here for a while, with family and sometimes just hang out at the bar.

Absolutely the best! The service was speedy, on spot with each person's needs. The food was OUTSTANDING! The rest of the party all had spaghetti dinners and all praised them. The Chicken Liver Dinner was the surprise. Only My Mom cooked livers this good. Perfectly seasoned, fried crisp yet tender, a feat to be mastered. Well done!

Food is good, service sucks. The past three visits were the same. Waitstaff does not care if they wait on you or not and forget a refill.

This place closes waaaaaay to early. We felt rushed and ended up taking our food home. Why on the world would a restaurant close at 8pm??

Joe's Inn has always been a favorite of mine but on May 7, 2023 my experience wasn't a good one. Our server (Teresa) was abrasive and had a very strong & offensive ( smoke) odor. Her poor service resulted in sauce being spilled on my friends clothes which was never acknowledged. My Lasagna was fair., I won't ever order it again if I ever return..☹️
