Enjoyed coffee with a friend ...cappuccinos. one decafe and one regular. Both were good! Did not order food this time but usually it's very good when we do. Was not crowded at 3 pm and service was quick. Good local place to sit and chat with friends.

Utilize The mobile app to order ahead. Order at 7:04 a.m. for a coffee. Order was not ready until 7:18 a.m.14 minutes is absolutely absurd for one coffee. Not a frou-foo drink. Not an extra hot hot with extra whip caramel drizzle.. A coffee. I guess Starbucks has lost touch with their Namesake.

1). Consistently UNDER-FILLS the cup by1/4 regardless type of coffee. i.e. Pay $7 get $5 worth of drink.2). Taking away the tray which dermarcate people's name on their drink was stupid. Customers are dumb enough before to pickup someone else's drink even though it wasn't their. And now Starbucks has replaced that system with decals of the alphabet on the counter. So now stupid customers can't tell an A from a C.3) speaking of stupid customers, the drive-thru arrows are meant for a specific direction. Why would you think to block ingress and egress by using the opposite directional arrow?Furthermore, why do you have to get off of the service road into the entrance at 100 mph and not care that someone may be exiting just to get your coffee fix attended to.Starbucks breeds stupidity with service and the customer drink it themselves and act that way themselves.

Got a cold venti oatmeal/ espresso and the barista filled the cup with more than half of it with ice. Paying high price for coffe and not even get what you paid for that kind of sucks

The PTB had the staff remove everything from where you pick up your drinks and food. This includes napkins So if you happen to be sitting down or leaving once your grab your stuff you have to go back to the main door. This may seem like a little thing but when you come in the patio door to grab a mobile order and then you still have to walk between everyone to get napkins it's a hassle.

I went through the drive through being as nice as possible, I gave the employee my name at the window like asked. I got my brakes changed recently but they are still kinda squeaky, and even after apologizing for it, the name on my cup read “change your breaks” instead of just my first name like given. Just kinda upset about my experience on 9/6.

This morning brought a breath of fresh air at the drive thru. The young lady taking our order used a nice voice; not an obnoxious sing-song voice. The young man at the window also greeted us in a nice voice; not an annoying strange voice. I truly was dreading listening to the usual nonsense we are greeted with, and thought not to come. I thank God my morning started off right !

Good service. Please be careful.The left most front parking space facing the store has a difficult to see light post - cement thing almost directly behind it, not where something is expected to be based on other parking spots. Be careful backing out.Manager please put some bright yellow or orange on it. You can see the scrapes and damage where people have backed into it.

This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the Richmond area. In addition to a very busy drive up window (which DOES sometimes block easy access to parking), it has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere with quick service, and (even more important to me..) plenty of comfortable seating.Parking: The line of cars for the drive up window sometimes blocks access to open parking for customers who want to go inside.
