Thè place is awesome. We picked several different donuts. The old fashioned Ed cake are the best I've eaten, as are the others. The customer service is superb. They made some fresh Boston creams upon request.

5 stars for service today ??. Mr. Mac was extremely professional and handled our previous order issues flawlessly. He was very sorry for our inconvenience, had a good listening ear & happily took care of our order today. Mac deserves a raise for his professionalism & customer retention ?. Sugar shack absolutely won our hearts by having such an amazing manager ?.

I ordered these donuts a year ago to be picked up to treat my team at work. I showed up at the time designated to pickup and the people at the counter pulled off 6 tickets from the order printer and said they would get started on it for me. I ordered it for a certain time so I could run another errand and make it to work on time. I didn’t have time to wait so I had to go. I did not get any food and I was not refunded any money. A year later my team got team of the month ,last week, so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered two dozen donuts and picked the option to surprise me the night before I needed them. I was getting ready for work and got a message that my order had been canceled as they could not fill my order for any completely random assortment of donuts. I called them twice over the next hour since I promised my team at work donuts that morning and to make sure they would know i would literally take any donuts they had. I didn’t need a special order. The phone went to voicemail both times. Thankfully i had time to order Dunkin. I do not love donuts from Dunkin’ but I had to order them since I couldn’t get them from Sugar Shack.Update**Sugar Shack got back to me on the review and apologized for me not getting any food when I ordered and offered to make it right. I updated my review to reflect that the ambience and the food there are good and I appreciate them getting back to me. I don’t think there’s much else a business can do but apologize and try and make it right after making an error. I will order again and update the review if I am able to get food. Thanks!
