So I just left this waffle house... There's a team of at least 7 staff members and a general manager. So why are there 4 tables not busted.. they see us waiting for someone to attempt to clean a table but no one took the time. I'm starting to feel like this is a leadership issue. I seen this same manager at another location a week ago and had issues there as well.. my waitress spoke negatively of her coworkers even including me in the argument which I had to state "please leave me out of whatever issues y'all have going on". Management please do better

This Waffle House experience was top notch. To start, our server, Gemm made our table seem like his only table. He was great in getting us what we needed, but also asked to hold friendly conversation. He needs a raise, as I feel he is the type of worker you want representing your organization! He even took the extra step to make a fresh pot of coffee for his tables, since he didn't know how long the pot had been sitting. The food was standard delicious WH goodness, I had to double up carbs and get grits and hash browns! We may have to get breakfast there again tomorrow. Notice to corporate, please build a Waffle House in San Antonio, Texas! The drive is too far to get your goodness!

Sunday morning breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Waffle was a little undercooked, the middle was too moist. Ordered eggs over hard, looked like they used omelet mix, didn't look at all like fried eggs.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for? I had a waffle and harsh browns..wasn't good. My waffle was soggy and not cooked properly and the potatoes were also rushed and barely cooked. There were less than 10 people in there, but service was rushed and impersonal.

Hashbrowns burnt to a crisp almost black steak looks like mystery meat and the eggs were like hospital eggs also left the cheese out wouldn’t feed it to a hog.

Awful scramble egg look like a pancake he tried to remake the egg and that was burnt my dog wouldn’t ate that.
This is the 2nd time I've been at this Waffle House. It is within a walking distance from where I stay so for New Year's Day, we decided to go there around 1am. It was pretty full and a lot of people were waiting to get seats. I liked the atmosphere, the staff seems nice and interactive but they were super busy because so they were rushing which is understandable. When we got our seat, our server came to take our orders, we asked for 2 minutes to look through the menu. We waited about 20 minutes for her to come back and take our order but we understand, it was busy. It didn't take a long time to get our foods. We decided to go with dinner foods. It was okay, I just thought my food had too much cheese but was still flavorful. I gave 3 stars mostly because the manager came out and yelled at a costumer in front of everyone about how he is not allowed at no Waffle House and he needs to leave now. This person was with a large group of people, it seems they were just coming from church for the new year, I saw that he was holding his Bible so I thought they were coming from church. I don't think it was necessary for the manager to cause a scene like that, it was kinda awkward. We asked for a to go bowl and left shortly after that. Other than that, my experience was t bad, our server was nice.

I love Waffle House, so unless there are some serious things going wrong, it will always get a good review from me. And here, even though I ordered the meal with a waffle and didn't get the waffle, there are no major points off because they didn't charge me for it and I was actually too full to have eaten it anyway! Very friendly staff. A bit slower than others, but nothing drastic.
