Workers were texting and didn't seem to care, almost walked on the order since it seemed like such an inconvenience for them to make it.We were rushed and made to feel like it was past close or something at only 5pm. Not a pleasant experience.I'd recommend the other Subway by 95.

I’m a DoorDasher. They messed up 3 consecutive orders and each time I returned to have it corrected, they said it wasn’t their problem. Very nasty approach to resolving problems with their paying customers. Had to get DoorDash involved to call them and have my orders remade. Poor customer service and their reviews reflect it.

I live in BG but after the last visit, I drive past this subway and go to ladysmiths subway. There was no bread, all the vegetables were frozen... just poor quality at bowling green subway, I'll drive 15 extra minutes to get great food and amazing subway at ladysmith

Absolutely worst representation of Subway brand and customer service. My husband and I walked in and was abruptly shouted at by a sandwich maker stating she will be with us after a while and to come in. We were not even thru the door yet. We began looking at the menu and noticed new sandwich's. I decided on the Turkey cali and my husband the Philly. The sandwich maker stayed behind the counter tending to the oven then turn around and said do y'all know what you want? I informed the maker of my order and then was asked bread type the maker then stated she only had white, wheat, or flat I choose wheat and asked to omit the bacon from the order. The maker said so you want a turkey sandwich I said no I would like the tukey cali as is however I have an allergy to bacon. The maker scoffed and continued to ask what type of cheese ect. I repeated I would like the sandwich as displayed on menu. the maker then took my husbands sandwich. We quickly identified the maker was confrontational and had our payment ready. The maker began ringing my sandwich up rendering the sandwich as a turkey with add ons of gaucomole, and cheese. I asked if it was not the price as advertised for a 6", in which she began to argue and say any changes you made will be charged accordingly. I reiterated my order did not have add ons but a omission of bacon due to allergy. She stated it wasn't her problem everything would be on the receipt. I asked to speak to another associate or a manager due to the makers frustrations and unwillingness to explain this policy. She stated nobody else was there although a man with green hair peeked from the back stock room during creation of our order and waved at us. I asked about this man and was told he doesn't work here. My husband looked at me and stated no thank you we walked out without our order without purchasing. The maker shouted have a blessed day in which I replied we don't serve the same GOD and there is not a blessed day in this. The maker intend on having the last word laughed and repeated her salutation. It's unfortunate that SUBWAY would entrust its assets and control quality of a international brand with this maker as its first line of defense. My husband and I sat in our car astonished and feeling incredibly sorry for SuBway. Do not go to this SuBway, I wish I had corporate or leased owners information. Make it make sense??The makers name tag read Cera. Seems like other reviews have had concerns with this maker as well. Wishing she gets the training and development she desperately needs.Stay safe and spend wisely YELPERS!!

Bought a couple of rotisserie chicken salads this afternoon.Drove home so we could eat them, open it up and no meat at all in it.Also some other stuff I ordered was missing from the salads.I understand about supply chain issues, the person that prepared this, could of let my husband and I know what is going on, gave us other options but they did not.Will not be buying from there again.

Lady (owner) is too fast and does not listen to what you want. She needs to let her employees do their job. She does NOT know how to make a sandwich.

2 Very unprofessional and rude creatures. One girl was high and the other one was just rude and nasty. I ordered 2 combo mealsand this is how lcwas rung up... so I called like 5 mins after I left and asked why was everything rung up separately.. Well she got very nasty and hung up. Then I called back and the other girl got nasty as well. I will definitely take care of this matter...ASAP...I was on my way to work today and couldn't turn around...but I can't wait to handle this...

Went to this Subway I believe this past Week. I tried for the 2nd time to use the Subway app, It took awhile to put in my order but it was wrong. I tried to get help but the owner wouldn't help me, She had no idea how to use the Subway app, their were no other customers there at that time nor was even busy at all and so I ended up wasting my money.

Terrible customer service acting like making a sandwich is so hard! A lady named sara helped us, we had a whole conversation about the sandwich melts and she made us a regular sandwich when we told her that's not what we asked she said "well we already made it" Both lady's had Super aggressive attitude and can't hear, just a terrible experience overall!
