I'm never impressed with fast food but, whoever trains, hires, and manages this place has their ducks in a row. The burgers actually look like the photos and are fresh.

confirmed an interview which was automated when you apply on indeed with me for when the store was not even opened yet. Then when I called obviously no one answered. But then no one answered 2 hours later. played phone tag for a couple days to find out they filled the position before removing the job listing off of indeed, glassdoor, and zip recruiter… LOL waste of time probably was the right thing for this to go so wrong.

The staff was nice but the place was filthy, not a clean table in the place and stuff all over the floor. The ice cream topping bar was unsanitary.
Forgot my sundae, forgot my sauce, workers were way more concerned with joking and laughing than to help me standing at the counter by myself. Beverages were out. Can't have soda so they said they only had water as an alternative, after we've gotten food. The restaurant was clean in the lobby.

I had a Coupon for 50% off a Stackburger so I took an Adventure to DQ in Bridgewater, Va.May 2023 DQ sent out Coupons for Everything but Mostly to Introduce "Their Stackburgers." I Know for a Fact that It takes 6-7 minutes to Cook a Stackburger on the Grill. As I ordered a Bacon Ranch They gave to me a BBQ instead. The Young Man and Girl working Got Mixed up on My Food Order for He didn't Even Check the Bag. WHY Doesn't Anyone Ever Check the Bags before Giving the Food out???Regardless, that Stackburger was OLD. If You see around the Edge of my the Burger, it looks Rubbery ... Not Freshly Cooked. I feel if Serving Meat ... Cook it Fresh. It's Better to let The Customer Wait a Few Minutes then to Give Them a Burger that Is Old and Served Cold. You Can't Reheat a Burger and Slap Cheese, BBQ sauce and Fried Onions on it. It doesn't GO IN MY BOOK SORRY GUYS!! The French fries were Fresh though. Next Time You See a Dog ? in the Car ~ Ask the Customer if You would Like a Pup Cup? That's WHY We Come to DQ !!!!
