Two years ago, this place was a reliable go-to. Now, it's a descent into disappointment. Dark brown guacamole & black cilantro, uncovered queso with a suspicious yellow crust, and aggressively bubbling (fermenting) salsa paint a grim picture. Combine that with uncovered sweet tea attracting flies and a general lack of cleanliness, and you've got a recipe for disaster (not the delicious kind).This experience isn't a one-off. It's been a steady drop for about a year. Fermenting salsa, a clear sign of unsafe food handling, is the final straw. Fresh, refrigerated salsa takes about a week to ferment (reviews won’t let me add video, check Yelp if you want to see it). I witnessed the same thing six months ago and vowed to never be back, but I fell into the trap today yet again.Who's running this place? Are they simply unaware, or willfully ignoring the issues? Were they ever trained on food safety? Is this place ever inspected? Either way, it's a gamble with your health.After five years of loyalty, I'm out. This location has had its chance. It’s now off my list, and frankly, it should be off yours too. Let's call it what it is: a place where "Botulism Burrito" or simply “Botulritos” are more fitting names.

While I was there, the manager named Chris was constantly harassing a Employee - This person clearly did not want to be called “Emma” But he kept Harassing them and calling them by that name even after they said to not do it the manager then stated “it’s not about what you want. It’s about what I want.” - I feel sorry for the employees here and Toxic workplace customer should have to encounter that, nor any employee have to take harassment- The employee stated several times That they weren’t 18 yet so they couldn’t change their name and their manager said” well, I guess that’s not Your name then is it”-I will say after being a loyal Customer for years I highly doubt I’ll ever be back again- Sidenote, he also make fun of one of the employees about their voice not being deep enough all of this happening, while there is other patrons in the store

New app, New system, my reward of my $10 bday credit didn't want to redeem even though my rewards are toggled on. The lady in a black ponytail kept wanting to tell me her system was New, and it's a promo for taco Tuesday where you can't combine other offers. I said lady, the reward takes the credit off anything it doesn't matter its a taco Tuesday day and it's worked every year on my birthday for a Mini Monday to whatever. She said it 4x and I almost refused service when I said call the manager and ask him to help you cause he's awesome and he has never told me that cause thats not a real thing. A credit can be used on a "promo" day or not, so please train the staff a little better cause I'm a customer of barbs for 5+ years.

My hubs and I usually get our food to-go and for several months the salsa containers have come either bloated, sour smelling and what looks like bubbles/fermented. Seems like the salsa that sits out all day get packaged for the following days for to-go orders. This is not food safe and needs to be remediated immediately!

I go here almost every day! I love Blake,Ethan and my all time favorite is Christian!!! and many of their workers. They took suggestions to mix the tea correctly so it would be sweet all the way through. The manager's are amazing. They are great!

The food was really good and the staff were friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the high prices. I spent over $60 (including tip) for three of us to eat normal meals with a fountain drink. I was shocked. I think of this place as a step up from Taco Bell, and a step down from a sit down Mexican restaurant. I know things are expensive lately with Bidenflation, but I did not expect that bill.
My husband and I had never tried Barberitos before until last week. We couldn't decide what we wanted for dinner after working all day in the heat and not wanting to cook. We were blown away by not only the portion sizes, but the prices.I made my own burrito bowl for $9.99, it was twice the size that I pay at a certain fast food restaurant that serves a similar dish. But the BEST part was the white queso! We ordered 2 days in a row just chips and queso even our 4 yr old daughter who is very picky about that chips and dip, ate almost a whole 4oz container! THEY ABSOLUTELY DESERVE 5 STARS A D WE WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Steak nachos with guacamole came to over $20. And the steak looked like garbage, didn't taste much better either. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. Definitely not even close to being worth the $20 I spent.
