Everything’s good except for a common theme of not getting what I ordered. I’ll ask for a vanilla bean flavored frappe and will receive a random flavor of whatever it is they choose. Today was the 3rd time this has happened and it’s a little bit annoying.

Every time we visit Bristol we take a time out to visit one of the best sweets shops I've been to.This bakery never disappoints the family.The only drawback... which isn't the fault of the business is that they are so popular that 3 out of 4 visits has resulted in a 30 to 40 minute line.Obviously it's worth it, seeing as how we keep coming back.I strongly recommend the fruit tarts. The fruit is always so sweet, juicy and fresh. The cheesecake is also a good choice and do yourself a favor... get a sampling of the donuts!

Good news is I tried an apple fritter for the first time here and saw what I was missing out on my whole life. Bad news is, Blackbird has set the bar for apple fritters so high that I have no choice but to come back. Why did you do this to me Blackbird ;-;

Have been a customer since the first day they opened. Strawberry season is upon them and The Strawberry Cake is awesome as well as the Strawberry fritter and Strawberry cream brownie. Nice staff and convenient locations.
When i lived in Surgoinsville, I'd drive up here once a month to get that caramel apple cheesecake bar. The last time my girlfriend and I visited Kingsport, I brought her here for the first time, and we shared the best carrotcake cupcake and some other things. She knew we had to come back when we came in for another visit this past weekend. They were sadly out of the delicious carrotcake cupcakes, but we got a strawberry one, and it just wasn't good. The strawberry cheesecake bar was delicious, though. The lady behind us, I guess, had never been and asked what we recommended. I told her about the caramel apple cheesecake bar, and that's what she got! The cashier said that was her favorite. I just hope she enjoyed it as much as I did. We will be back again next time we visit. Keep up the delicious treats!!!
