the staff are wonderful people. but after about 8pm you can forget about getting fresh food. often they'll lie about how fresh it is, especially the French fries. furthermore, they allow 15 year Olds to operate the grill and fryer (this is against VA state law)

We had a simple order and we're told to pull around to the back door to wait. We waited for several minutes then ended up having to go inside to get our order. They told us the wrong door for starters and then the girl at the counter told us we should have walked around looking for the employee with our order. Totally rude and they didn't even apologize for our inconvenience.
