Very delicious. First time having food like this. Had good seasoning and tasted fresh. Hot temperature and large portion. I was unsure what to get and gave the gentleman $20 and received this delicious dish.

Nice food, not far from I-81. My wife found this online: a Punjabi Dhaba style food truck in the compound of a trucking company in Bristol, VA. We ordered a snack of dal makhani, paneer paratha, yogurt, and chai. Everything was very flavorful. It included a bag of freshly sliced onions, chilis, and lime wedge. We’ll be back!

Hoping on a friend’s recommendation we headed to the Bristol Punjabi Dhaba. It’s a food truck parked inside a truck service parking lot. The food reminded of freshly cooked home made subzi and roti with chopped salad on side. Aaloo Gobi was nicely spiced and Paneer bhurji was like you would eat in streets of Amritsar. The Paratha are decent sized, very tasty and largely soul full filling. Be ready to eat on a bench or in your car if you choose Dine In. It’s an experience to have in Tri-cities.
