Me and my kids love staying here, we mainly go for the pool. First time we stayed hot tub didn’t work, but second time was perfect. Hot tub was working and there was snow outside so it was a great match! Rooms are always clean! Definitely will be

I stayed here at the Courtyard by Marriott Bristol for 3 days, 2 nights. We booked a suite on the 2nd floor with a view of I-81 and the parking lot. I found the hotel comfortable enough. It was clean and fairly up to date. Nothing special. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Nice, conveniently located off I-81 in Bristol, Virginia. Be sure to bring earplugs or use a sound machine to drown out the highway noise!

Great breakfast service even though it's a 1 woman show. TV service was out so I missed the weather & news for my travels. Thank God for the weather Channel app. Jacuzzi was covered in CAUTION TAPE ⚠️. That was disappointing. Front Desk service at check in last night was Excellent & Very Helpful. Plenty of commercial vehicle parking space. It's winter my skin is dry & there's no complamentry lotion in my room. Heater in room took a while to warm. Thankfully there's an extra blanket in the closet.Noteworthy details: Layout & furniture is perfect

We were given a room on the Interstate 81 side of the hotel, which did not make a lot of sense, since when we were guests there, it was definitely NOT full. Ot was very noisy all night long with traffic and big rigs driving by all night long. I got no sleep!Rooms: Nice rooms. Just be sure, if at all possible to try staying on the side opposite to Interstate 81!

Bistro is not open so no meals on site. I reported leftover food in mini fridge from prior guest and slow draining bathtub. Management did not take care of either issue. Very poor experience.

Hotel in a good location. Close to shopping and places to eat. Room was nice however the shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom when we used it. The hot tub was out of service and the supposedly heated pool as cold. Was told the bistro would be open for breakfast however the next morning it was closed. There was no sign posted of any of these thing nor was we informed when we made our reservation and checked in that we would not have access to these things which are part of the reasons we choose to stay at the courtyard locations.

EDIT: THIS PLACE HAS FLEAS. The day of when i stayed i got 1 bite, the next day i had 5 bites, now i have like 30 flea bites 3 days later and im 99% sure it came from this hotel. Just stay at a different hotel for the same price! Its outrageous that i got fleas from a Courtyard just stay somewhere else.I travel to bristol quite often, and I normally stay at the Delta hotels right next door (also a Marriott brand) and I love the delta hotel. I figured i would give Courtyard a shot because Courtyard was rated quite a bit more at a similar price and I was very disappointed. The staff was very friendly and quick, both for check in and check out but that was the only real pro. The whole hotel has a very wierd smell to it, the lobby was the worst in my personal opinion but my girlfriend said the gym was the worst. The whole hotel was very dated and could definitely use remodeling. My room was big and seemed like it was probably really nice when it first opened but it was just really old. While our room didnt smell like the rest of the hotel, the couch and bed did when you got close. There were no bugs or mold, which should be the bare minimum, but I did read some reviews complaining about that. The main reason i stayed at the Courtyard this stay was because of the indoor hot tub which was unfortunately closed. The pool room also smelt funny and the pool had a lot more chemicals in it than normal. Overall i was rather disappointed and would really recommend the delta hotel next door. It doesnt live up to the ratings it has.Safety: My girlfriend said it smelt like asbestos which was pretty concerning

We stopped here overnight and it's a very clean modern hotel rooms. With a California king size bed overall good stay will be back. The best part of this stay Has to be in the shower. The water pressure is better than my hose out in the backyard at home and a pleasant surprise in a hotel. Will definitely be back.

Service wasn’t very kind. Breakfast in lobby was very expensive for a hotel like this, I believe it was 15.50 for eggs as an example. Hot tub has caution tape around it. Cold in pool room. Ants in bathroom of room. No free coffee.Food & drinks: Seems to be in a good location.

Love the lobby. There is only one employee in the evenings. No way to get proper service. Severely under staffed. Beautiful, warm lobby!

We just needed a place to stay in our long drive home. It was clean, and the front desk guy was super nice. It was a bit expensive but we needed to stop. It was perfect for what we needed.
