I ❤️ everything about this KFC location. The crew members are friendly and makes you feel welcome. I normally just get food and go home. But, it was so nice me and my family went inside to eat. The food was amazing. This is the best place I have eaten in a long time. All the staff was so fast, accurate, and respectful. I am from North Carolina and Southern Louisiana, and the KFC hands down wins the chicken sanwhich war. I would have taken pictures , but we were all too busy enjoying the food .I recommend this crew get raises they are so good at what they do.Stephanie, Sean, Connie, Galen, Peja, and Hope.. thank you for making my day. Good food, friendly and clean atmosphere, kind,efficient staff. Will definitely make more trips to this particular KFC.- Dawn G.

I came through the drive thru,asi always do since my disability last year.i ordered an 8 PC family meal, breast and legs mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and 42 extra biscuits. I was told no extra crispy. No substitutions, Even if I pay, and there were no biscuits. I'm always willing to wait for fresh food. I was told no that they weren't making biscuits that would just go bad, would not make fresh chicken, etc. when I asked for the manager, I was told that I had her. My son is autistic and I didn't want to disappoint him, so I got him what I could. Got it home to find dried out chicken, brownish potatoes and no fries. (I was trying to bribe him into not being upset) This crew is a mess with a worse leader. When I called back they HUNG UP ON ME!

Stopped for lunch with a couple of guys from work. It was my first visit to this location. I was third to place my order, but the cashier walked away from the register to do another task after the first 2 ordered so my food came out several minutes after theirs & they had to wait for me to finish. We were all surprised at the length of time it took for any of our food to come out. The The restaurant has a great looking dining area with a plethora of photos of the Colonel. I ordered chicken tenders. They were tasty, but kinda small with a little too much breading for me. I'm not likely to return to this location.

I placed a mobile order that gave me a pickup time 10 minutes later. The order said ready for pickup, so I went in. It took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, and then I was told my food would be 20 more minutes. It wasn't even a large order, just a 3 piece chicken box and a 5 piece nugget kids meal.ETA: I finally got my food 27 minutes after it said it was ready for pickup.

I am gluten intolerant so I thought I was safe ordering the mashed potatoes no gravy, and coleslaw . My bf ordered the 2 piece chicken combo, with coleslaw and fries and a Coke. He like his dinner, I was still hungry afterwards BB because the portions were SO Small!!Barely @ school of either one. They actually serve them in something that looks like the lid of a plastic cup! The coleslaw was very good . The mashed potatoes, I found out later were not real but instant. $2.99 ! Ridiculous!!

Love the fact that they offer chicken tenders as an option for their variety of family meals and it is also nice to see that they offer more side items than they used to back in the day years ago!!! I just hate that inflation is causing fast food restaurants including KFC to be so much more expensive SMH ??♀️??
