I work here from out of town and every time I have went to this KFC there’s no customers there and every time they say it will be 30-35 minute wait on chicken and tonight it is 7 pm not 1 customer there and ordered an 8 piece and they said it will be 35 minutes. I will not go back, if I have to wait 35 minutes I will go to a restaurant and eat! Disappointed

Ordered on the app at 8:45pm. Arrived to pick up my food at 9:15pm and was told it would be another 25 min while they heated the fryers back up (they don't close till 10). I waited in my car while they cooked my food. During that time a truck driver walked into the restaurant and 10 minutes later walked out with a bag of food. Then 4 men walked in to place an order. I followed these men in and continued to wait on my food. They placed their order, and 10 minutes later had their food. I was then told my food was almost ready. I was finally given my food at 9:55pm. When I got home I opened the food to discover that the extra crispy chicken I ordered wasn't there and was instead original recipe. So after over an hour they still managed to not get my order correct. Won't be returning to this location.

Literally just sat at kfc drive through window for 21 minutes WAITING on biscuits. Ridiculous! 2 other cars waiting as well...get it together KFC it's dinner time and those biscuits should have already been made ! Posting a picture of the smashed up biscuits! Exit 5 area..

For fast food on the road in an rv it's not bad and pretty convenient.

Two days ago i went to the kfc on lee hwy.Was in there bout ten minutes no service. When then white man walked into KFC they made sure that he got serviced not me because I'm black this not the first time this done happen. I will be making calls tomorrow morning. F**k KFC

waited much longer than 10 minutes after we went through the drive through, a literal child gave us our food, and we didnt even get all of our food. food is good though but not a place i recommend if you want good service.

I went in to get hot wings and low and behold they are no longer served. I just had them a couple weeks ago, but apparently hot wings were just a promotional item. KFC please bring them back!
