This restaurant was recently remodeled. They made the kitchen area bigger and lobby smaller. They do not have machines to get drinks or refills in lobby area. If you want a refill you have to go to counter and wait on someone to give a refill.

didn't give us our drinks, gave us the wrong burger and even the right ones only had 1 piece of cheese on the bottom bun of each ... Had been there in the morning and left out an egg on kids biscuit and gravy.. need to check better on doing their orders.

I think I left on wrong McDonald's earlier I wish I could give zero. I went inside because I had a bigger order not huge but not small right in middle. Well, they had a little jerk that was making my food. he complained about order actually threw a fit my food was not wrapped and covered in ketchup. How many people seen this before me 3. Manager completely useless said he could remake the one showed him. Was he going to remake all. So congrats John on losing a customer for life. Boy at register super sweet learning but kept apologizing. Everyone has learn and if this how the store is ran how much training could he have gotten

The lid on my coffee wasn't on the cup the right way so when it was handed to me I had to crab the top of the cup above the girls hand. When I got it in my truck the lid flew off and the coffee went everywhere and burned my legs and hand so I threw it out the window of the truck and it hit the drive threw window. Two of the works come running out yelling at me and told me not to come back to McDonald's. How hard is it to put a lid on a cup of coffee the right way. Be careful and don't get burned.

I was doordashing last night and I accepted an order from here at 10:10ish, I waited at the drive through for around 10 minutes until someone yelled "We're closed!" I checked the website, it says they don't close for another 50 minutes... So I give the person I was picking the food up for, a call and he can't get a refund, we can't figure it out.. Nothing. So I try giving the store a call, someone answers and someone hangs up within seconds. TWICE. So I pull back around, wait for around 5 minutes.. Mind you- ALL the lights are on, drive through, parking lot, inside, outside.. etc. Out of nowhere I get two SOLID ice balls thrown at my car! One missed and the other hit my hood. If it was a snowball, no big deal, but it was not it was a CHUNK of ice. Other people were also there, other dashers, people with mobile orders. I understand if they had closed early due to weather conditions or something.. But there was NO communication. Plus it was a bunch of like highschool/college kids inside. Really disgusting interaction, my money and other people's money got played with.
