We got some Quarter pounders with cheese and a Big Mac the meat was dry and old definitely been in the stageing unit longer than 20 minutes. The person taking orders in the drive-thru didn't know much about the app and told us that was a different department that they didn't control the app. It's a shame you have to deal with some of the things you have to in life, people that don't know about what they are doing/working at or for. It's just going to get worse people!

Tried to get a Carmel Cappuccino. After waiting almost 15 min to get to order ( I understand they were busy) only to be told to move to the 3rd window where I waited another 10 mins or so. Whoever the manager on duty was came to the window to ask if I was waiting on a order! Yes I said a Carmel Cappuccino she then proceed to tell me why it was taking so long. No apology of any kind just why I had to wait. I was not in a big hurry but did need to get back to work so I told her to just give me my money back. Will I go to McDonald's again sure the grandkids love it will I order another Cappuccino no I'll go to Starbucks.

Over all social interaction was fine.Food portion was left with distaste. Unsalted fries when it was not asked for. Soda. Was carbonated brown water. And nuggets were cold. Deff have had better service at other locations. 3/10 would not recommend for everyday use ?
