Service was slow, but the food was great! We got a 3 topping pizza, 1 small salad ,a half price appetizer and 2 adult beverages. It's hard to justify $80 plus tip for pizza.

I've eaten at MM for years. The pizza was just not good here. I don't think it had anything to do with the cooks. I'm a sauce gut and the taste just wasn't there.

Just had to leave a review. Hard to find good food around here alot of times, we ordered pickup yesterday,glad the other restaurant had hour 45 min wait cause yall make a dam good chicken sandwich!! Thank you!! Hubby loved his calzone,will have to come dine in soon ?

Server was awesome, he was the only one they had tonight and served many tables at once! I built my own burger with bacon and cheese. When it came out it was over cooked and dry also didn't have any bacon. Also my side was roasted potatoes and was given a bag of kettle chips instead. Our server gave a discount because the cooks didn't give the correct side with my meal. My Husbands pizza was perfect. It took almost an hour to get our food but the 2 guys in the kitchen were standing around talking most of the time. Will definitely not be going back anytime soon!

What used to be one of the best places in the area to sit down, have a pizza, and enjoy a drink with friends has now turned into one of the worst in the area. Took two and a half hours to get one pizza for my autistic child. I can understand that if you had to make the dough and actually let the dough rise that would be a different story, having worked at a pizza place for 5 years myself I know that this is not the problem! It took us 45 minutes to get a refill on our drinks after they sat empty. The prices are absolutely outrageous for a pizza that's covered in grease. Save yourself time, money, and convenience and drive up to Moondog in Abingdon and enjoy a better experience. If you want a proper Mellow Mushroom experience go to Johnson City not this one.

Moving all day and this restaurant was near by. We knew they had good pizza so we stopped in. As soon as we arrived we went in they said they were closing early at 8 instead of 9. She was trying to say she couldn't let's us order a to go pizza even though it was 7:59 and she just hung up signs announcing closing due to short staff but staff was available and working. Almost refused to serve us until I asked for the manager. She had her take our order saying we were the last ones. Cook exclaimed " is that another ticket printing" in a very loud upset tone . It used to be businesses wanted business, isn't that the point? So entitled these days..won't be back. Cost $60 for two pizzas too, a rip off for that kinda treatment.

Stopped in on a road trip looking forward to the Cloud 9 wings I visit every Mellow I come across.. Ordered food and they had no wings ? Pizza was fresh and good, I might add the Hoagie is an impossible thing to eat without disassembly then reassembly, little too messy for my likings. Service otherwise was good she did well. But the wait was an hour and a half with 4 other people in the building.

Excellent service today. A special for every night. Great pizza, great wings, and a killer chef salad. Come here to relax and enjoy. We had the Holy Shitake today and as always it was delicious.
