Moes use to be our go to place but the food and staff have went down hill big time.went in there yesterday got food first it wasn't busy employees just standing around talking none of them washed there hands and didn't act like they knew what they was doing at all took over 30 mins to gt out of there people in street clothes going behind the counter employees had ear buds in..left took a bite of my food there was a hair in my food so I went back in amd asked if they could remake it and hold the hair the blonde boy acted like he didn't want to re make it and no apologizes what so ever..bunch of druggies it looks works there..was out of steak at 520 in the evening

We walked in and was greeted by EVERYONE! Brandon, he was very sweet and polite. Told us that if we needed anything at all to just let him know and he’ll get whatever we need! This is the kind of person I hope to see anywhere! Thank you Brandon for going above and beyond!
Well my wife was the only person in the store when she walked in and she was their for a good 20 mins waiting for them to make the food. They messed up multiple orders during the time between online orders and orders in store. Don’t mind it being $30 for a steak Home wreaked bowl, a chicken burrito and a kids half of a quesadilla. And the bowl had hardly any steak in it. 95 percent of the bowl was everything else. We definitely will not be returning.

Not sure if it was the ground beef or the corn salsa. But they must have used the container of salt on it. Could not eat. Also I thought all toppings are included in price. Got charged 1.79 for the LITTLE drop of guacamole???what the heck Wasted 13.00 on the bowl!, also the girl did not drain the black beans so my husband said it looks like you are having soup. Definitely not a good dining experience

Outstanding service from the whole crew. and Natalie went above and beyond to help my handicapped friend at our table with the menu items and the food was fresh and made to order. we have ordered Door-Dash from them as well. five star with that as well. Our server Brianna was very efficient and knows her job very well. She was pleasant and made our burritos perfect. Her customer service was excellent. I hope when we dine there next time she will be our server. We weren’t the only ones that was happy with her service another couple also said how great Brianna was????❤️
