Not sure if this review would matter at this point since apparently they are now closed permanently since Nov 26. I visited this place on Nov. 20. I just arrived in Bristol, visiting family for Thanksgiving week. When we got to the restaurant we were greeted and seated immediately. We placed our order which was the following: Philly cheese steak- I ordered the steak with no onions instead they kept the onions and removed the red pepper. So I spent my whole meal removing the onions. Hamburger- my brother enjoyed his meal. Nothing special about it. Chicken salad Chicken wings- the wings were apparently good. Our biggest issue was that the food took 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen. And when I got my food it was wrong. They offered to remake it but at that point I wasn't sure how long it was gonna take so I said it was okay. Also they have a patio where patrons can smoke which I don't have an issue with. My issue is when the cigarette smoke starts coming into the non smoking section of the restaurant. All in all, I'm honestly not shocked that they closed, it definitely was not an amazing place to eat at. They were extremely short staffed and all the servers were running around trying to catch up. They did remove my meal from the bill which was good.

The food was pretty good overall. We had burgers and a Philly steak sandwich, in addition to a plate of medium buffalo wings. The wings were outstanding! I also had a cup of chili with my meal and I highly recommend it!Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Waitress couldn't get our order right , just 2 people . Steak came out bloody and still mooing when I ordered well-done , music was obnoxious and too loud and the flies swarming around were a constant battle! What happened to this place ?! Sad . Will never come here again , total frustration for a $60 overpriced meal and terrible experience.

If frozen burgers are your thing, then this is the place to be. We knew it was going suck when we got our burgers faster then we could have at McDonald's. Truthfully better flavor at McDonald's so probably should have gone there. Even though there was literally us and 1 other couple in the entire restaurant our food made it to us faster then the waitress did with receipt when we paid. Honestly I thought she got lost. We had ate there a couple of years ago and it was good. I guess they chose cheaper goods instead of quality. Shame

Prices are just way too high for the mediocre quality food they serve. $7 for a bottle beer, definitely a rip off! On top of all this, they charged extra to split sauces for wings. That's just nitpicking to an extreme. Will never come back. Fyi...no wonder so many of these close down. I'll take my money other places that treat you the way restaurants are supposed to treat you. NOT LIKE THIS!

It seemed very laid back, and the food was nothing special. I do feel like I over paid for the quality of the food, but it did fill me up.
I have seen reviews from other locations that weren't great reviews, but our experience at the Bristol VA location was a 5 star experience. The food was great, portions were large! Could not eat the entire dinner plate and took half back for eating later. I got the Macaroni & Cheese with Chicken Skillet Dinner and it was really, really good! One non-meat eating member of our party got the veggie burger/fries and said it was super. Another in our party for the fish and chips and had a very large plate of fish, fries, and cole slaw, which he said was very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and overall, it was a great experience.

Stopped in for lunch. The staff were great, very nice. Our waitress is the only reason I gave two stars. Ordered a couple of drinks & waited & waited & waited...finally tell me they don't have what I ordered, okay at this point just give me water. The food took a long time & just was not good at all. Definitely the worst onion rings I have ever had. Basically $15 a plate & no where near worth that price. The bathroom was dirty also. I would never go back & never recommend.

For a food chain that is themed towards motorsports and in a Nascar town, they will be gone soon thanks to their narrow minded "policy" that came effective 8/1/2023. For you all to discriminate against bikers by not allowing anyone showing color or club patches to be served, yall can kiss your business goodbye. Service was great , pur waitress couldn't apologize enough. Luckily our party was there for the company and NOT the food. The only thing that cam out halfway right was the salads. P.S.A , if I'm paying $15 ot more for a plate of food, it should never take over an hour OR be served cold. Good luck, I doubt we will ever go back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOU! I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE DESERVES A BAD ONE!! Was there to work with a couple bands a few weeks ago and the waiter near the stage was absolutely rude including the GM whos from what we have heard is a bigg part of their problem. The band wanted to setup their merch table near stage and it was taking up one of the server tables which was a big deal at all considering QSL quit allowing proper bike nights at their establishment. You ask for a bike night, that’s what you get. They cause next to zero trouble but that’s a different conversation. The waiter got in the singers face and put his finger on his forgead and tried intimidating him. All for what? Children.. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TRASH HOLE! Take this review how you want but go see the environment for yourself. HINTS THE REASON THEY ARE HIRING ALL POSITIONS ?♂️ SOME NEVER LEARN!!

We sat at the bar and ate. Ordered potato skins and split a burger and had a few beers. Potato skins took a while to come out but were good. We ordered slaw with the burger, but instead got baked beans. We immediately told our bartender. We finished eating and she still had not made any attempt to get our slaw until the bill came and then offered to send it home with us in a to go cup ? Not acceptable ?
