“First off let start by saying they as soon as we walked in one of the gentlemen kindly let us know they only had wheat and flat bread. This was around 7:30 ish. The restaurant was clean and we'll stocked. I don't know what happened with the bread but the reason I still give them 5 stars is because these 2 gentlemen were very friendly, subs were delicious. I assume maybe the store was short staffed during the day or maybe someone else forgot to thaw and cook bread. Always remember that the people behind the counter are human beings and should be treated with the same respect as if they were on the other side of the counter. Couldn't ask for kinder people or better service and very much seemed to be doing their absolute best.“
“I had to give it a 4 I always com in at night the staff is always super nice i love going their the food is always made very well at night!! I went to the store for lunch last week i always order the same thing with double meat. When i got to work and ate lunch i didn't have double meat i called and manager rabecca told me they would replace my sandwich. I went in today and was called a liar and it didn't happen. With a manager like that i cant see how she even has a job. They should fire the worthless woman. Needless to say i wont be back for lunch. But i would like to thank anna for a great job and dealing with the problem she actually bought my sandwich out of her own pocket! Wow thank you Anna and your amazing staff at night that is. Great job!!!“
“Be a rockstar and take your girl here for dinner! Had the spicy pimento cheese BLT with Broccoli salad. Food quality was really good and I was stuffed when I left. The rest of the family had chicken salad and said it was great. Restaurant is clean and interesting and staff is friendly. Food is expensive but not ridiculous compared with what you get. Free cookies are always a plus.Please give me a reaction below if this helped you.“
“Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all“
