Waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged while the one employee finished a mobile order. When it did come to our turn, the footling I ordered was supposed to be half plain half lettuce pickle. After telling her this, the worker put lettuce down the whole sandwich and then "apologized" and tried to cover it up with sauce. No mayo on our second sub like we asked for. WILL NOT BE BACK

My sister wanted a sub. Not to busy. After 6pm. The guy kept complaining about running out of ingredients soon. The sub menu said avocado slices, he put guacamole on it. Not returning.

It's like this specific store absolutely refuses to answer the damn phone no matter what time of day. I called 15 times over the course of an hour with no answers and some straight to voice-mail its absolutely ridiculous and Managemnet needs to do something about this location. I and others have 30 minutes lunches not 30 minutes to wait for 3 sandwiches to he made.

Seems like all of the Subway stores in this region are the same. They usually have employees that are not friendly and appear to be from a rough lifestyle. The food is ok, the only thing made semi fresh is the bread and cookies, most things are frozen until recently when they started slicing their own meat.I will not eat anything from Subway that pertains to being sliced fresh due to KNOWING what type of employees are hired for these stores and I don't trust them to clean the slicer properly, if at all.Management of all stores seems to be totally off the rails.

This is by far the best Subway in the Tri-cities that I've been to. The staff are very friendly and take pride in what they do.

Good, clean store, friendly service and I found the sandwich's bread to be about as fresh as I have ever had at any SUBWAY!Well done!

I love coming to this store. Every-time I walk in the employees always appear to be in a good mood and seem to enjoy working together. They give the place a relaxed feel and as someone who has mild social anxiety I truly appreciate that. The food is always good too. I choose this store over the one closer to my house simply because of their customer service and personalities! :)

Staff is unfriendly, always out of stock, bread stale and hard. The place should to close; Bristol has enough bad Restaurants; it doesn't need another.

Went there today and they had NO Italian herbs and cheese bread. Was told the manager told the staff that they wouldn't be busy today so don't make any Italian herbs and cheese bread. It was about 7:30 p.m. when I got there and they said they had the bread in the oven and it would be done in an hour. They always seem to be out of something whether it be cheese, meat, lettuce. But the workers there are always nice
